Our gate box began creating a tone as if it were being called by our phone line. After over 2 hours, the technician was unable to solve the problem, other than to suggest replacing the main board for a cost of over $3000. They have instituted an additional $175 travel fee in addition to the fee for the service call, so the total invoice was over $650. I asked for some courtesy discount since our problem was not solved, but I was told since the invoice was accurate, they couldn't offer any credit. My opinion is that reasonable customer service would allow some good faith courtesy, but Security Gate does not agree.

We had some trouble getting equipment and with scheduling. Today Cameron returned to install a security box. He not only does exceptional work but makes sure customers are knowledgeably about battery’s, warning lights, and operational codes. We were very pleased with his skill and ability today.
