The maintenance service today was thorough and professionally cared out. Technician was knowledgeable and seemed to have a great skill set for the service work he was performing. He had great customer service skills. We will continue to deal with Cummings HVAC in the future as satisfied customers.

I got cranky with him and apologized afterwards because I'm sure I wasn’t advised by the installer that I needed to drain it every year. I’m having Nick return to replace the pvr this week and will now be draining the Rheem water heater annually from now on.
