  We had a leaky seal around our garbage disposal. The gal who set up the appointment for that same day said it was possible they could be there earlier, but would call if that were to happen. I ran to the store when they called, I was late for my own appt! They were gracious and waited for me. I decided to just remove the garbage disposal which meant a little more to be done than anticipated. I also decided to have the drain line for the dishwasher replaced. They had no problem with it, done in no time. They took it upon themselves to do some nasty drain cleaning while they were at it. They answered my questions and gave me helpful hints. Job well done, reasonably priced, reliable. Chris and Jose were very knowledgeable in their trade and personable. I won't hesitate to go to this company if needed in the future. Thank-you!

  Hired them to install a new kitchen sink/faucet with garbage disposal. From scheduling to service they were very friendly & easy to work with. They did an awesome job, & I’m very happy with my new sink! If you’re looking for a good, knowledgeable plumbing service give them a call!

  I appreciate Matt and his team for helping us move locations for our winery, everything that was needed was clearly explained with no surprises when we were finished. Happy with the job but even more happy to know I have a new plumber we can trust here when something happens at the winery. We recommend this crew without reservation!

  ***Update 5/5/26*** I would highly recommend this company! They are 10/10 in my books. As a small business owner, I believe this company has the integrity, professionalism, and expert knowledge that you can count on. American Main and Drains (AMD) came out on 4/28/26. See review below. I ultimately did not choose AMD as I went with another plumbing company who offered me a free scope for my clogged kitchen sink and shower. It was hard to pass up a free scope honestly, but there was nothing wrong with AMD. This other plumbing company performed a hydrojet and told me this would fix the problem. A few days later, the problem returned and when I called this company back, I was told that the hydrojet would not have fixed the overall issue and more work had to be done. What is frustrating is that I was told the technician had already explained this to me which it was not. I asked if this problem could be explained over the phone, but I was told another technician would have to recheck and explain it to me which did not make sense. So they come out again and I was told that they would need to redo all the piping in the concrete slab and this would be a very big job. Ultimately, I did not trust this company to do the job adequately without ripping me off. I called American Mains and Drain again to perform a repeat diagnostic exam. They were able to schedule me very quickly. The owner sent his team Jake and Jose who were amazing. They looked at the plumbing and were able to find a blockage in the sewer clean out. They dislodged the blockage and then ran multiple tests to ensure proper flow. This probably saved me thousands of dollars. The next best part was that Jake spent additional time instructing myself and my staff how to care for our plumbing. He offered recommendations that were very easy to understand. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. They helped solved my issue and I felt the service was excellent and I was walked through each step of the process. I'll repeat it again from my last review, give this company a chance to at least inspect your home and earn your business. 4/28/26: Matt, who is the owner of the company, came by today for an inspection of the home. He was accompanied by his team member Chris. He took a lot of time to evaluate and diagnose the problem and was able to walk us through each step of his thinking process. I really appreciated how he explained the problem in a way that I could easily understand. I did not feel pressured to buy any of his services and he genuinely seemed very passionate about his job. He also gave me several options and went above in answering any question I had. I would highly recommend him and his team to at the very least come and inspect your home and earn your business

  Jacob and Kris were absolutely incredible! From the start, they stood out from the other contractors we spoke with. They were knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. They went above and beyond throughout the project, were always respectful of our home, and the quality of their work really shows. The whole process felt smooth and easy. We just bought our home and needed our 100 year old sewer line lined and piping laid out to put in an additional toilet. While doing the work they discovered our kitchen sink drain pipe was clogged by grease, immediately made us aware and even redid it free of charge. They also improved the layout by repositioning the pipe to run cleanly along the wall instead of cutting diagonally across the basement room. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled contractors.
