  Update: increased from 1 to 3 stars. They waived the charges for their visit, and other people I spoke with in their office were very professional. Can I give a zero star review? Do NOT do business with this company. They installed fans for me and one was crooked in the ceiling. Made a warranty-only appointment for them to straighten the fan. This was the second attempt to make the appointment after they no-showed the first time with no explanation. When they did show, they were unable to straighten it. I later received a bill via email for $90. They never told me there would be a charge for their visit until I received the bill. I called them telling them the appointment was made for warranty work only so there shouldn’t be a charge. The woman on the phone hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional, don’t waste your time, it’s not worth it.

  NO SHOW NO CALL RUDE JACKIE Worst communication and customer service ever, weeks later had 8am appointment they said 8 to10 will be there or call, Puget energy came out and cut power 8am on south sound electrics orders, I called the lady 1035 asking why no one show up or call yet and the lady was rude wouldnt let me talk also kept blaming energy co but they told me they called 8am and are legit Puget sound energy not rude, by 1pm still no call no show all day no power and have new born baby here can't wait days for no power for a simple panel installation they overcharge $1900 for and never show up after waiting weeks for a call back, the guy finally shows 145pm and I don't think his fault but however they are organized and communicate each other the company is way sub par for a military town, the guy told me they don't tell him anything and he just got told come at 145 but I will gladly go with any of the other 30 electrician local who keep word or at least call and let your people without power for hours after they call you tell them SOMETHING!

  SOUTH SOUND ELECTRIC was a "no show" today for my estimate. No phone call either. When I called them back, a message machine took my information but no one returned the call. This seems to be a problem with this company. I'm guessing it's an air head "family" receptionist. How could they stay in business? Anyway, I'm moving on. Bad reviews.
