- DMDave MarchettiJul 18, 20265.0I was having a difficult time finding an oval duct for a kitchen range hood. I gave them a call and they got right back to me with the part I needed. I thought it was going to be much more expensive considering it was 8 ft long but it was less than $25. They shipped it from Seattle to the Port orchard store which is much closer to me. Staff was friendly when I picked it up. Seems like a really good company.

Tim handled everything on the phone and was able to find what I needed and get it in short order. Dave and Jeremy (I think) helped me at the store and were prompt and friendly. Very efficient operation and friendly to boot. I will be back. Edit 2/28/25. For a second time (out of two) this location helped me out of a bind. They had the part I needed when no one else did. Quick/efficient service and I was more than happy with the price. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the employee who helped me but he was fantastic. Thank you (again!!)
