I had a great experience working with this company, Logan in particular. I needed their services to fulfill a real estate contract obligation in Richland, Wa. They were professional, responsive, and timely throughout the entire process. The work was completed within a short timeframe, which was extremely helpful given the requirements of the transaction. They communicated effectively with multiple members of my team and made the billing process easy by sending the invoice directly to the client. He visited the house first for an inspection and then we sent him back to look further at this issue. At this point we got our bid, which ultimately was better than others and they completed the work. The report provided was also very thorough and included the documentation and proof of information we needed for our transaction. We appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness.

Amazing company. Top tier work. Communication is A1. Pricing is transparent and as fair as you’d expect from a contractor. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed in your choice
