  Truly terrible service. In April had company out to clean ceiling dryer lint filter. While up there the techs damaged the shingle. I reached out when I noticed and company didnt reach out for resolution for weeks had to call several times and had push back that it was clearly like that before. Got another service to repair the roof since they wouldnt take responsibility. Company finally tried to make it right after I was at the point of cancelling my maintenance service in May. I proceeded with cancellation as they lost my trust. However, I was charged the next month and again now in July. I reached out via their website chat to remind them to cancel and refund these two months. They said it would be done in 1-2 days. It was not. On Friday I called and escalated to a manager who assured me that they would send email confirmation by end of business of cancelation. Now today I called and no managers are available to take my call and cancel my service and refund me. So 2 months at least to cancel. May be much longer.

  Hired Campbell to do a ceiling fan install. Seemed expensive, but I was not given a price until after they were here. There were 2 men, with the more experienced one seeming very confident in his abilities, such that he had no interest in looking at the instructions that came with the fan, just told me he needed the down rod (which I had thrown out because I wanted the fan mounted against the ceiling, which did not need the down rod.) The instructions provided clear instructions for a ceiling mount. He eventually told me that the fan could not be mounted, so I had to buy a new one, because otherwise they would charge the whole amount, even though the fan was not installed. He also installed the fan without turning off the power (it is hard wired, there is no switch). Seems dangerous.

  Thalia does a good job but this time I wasn’t as impressed as her last maintenance visit. She said she was going to hose out the AC unit but the water was never turned on and the unit not cleaned. She didn’t give an explanation of what was done this time other than changing the filter. Being here for 2 hours and that’s all she had to say she did? The last 30 minutes she sat in the van and immediately came back to have me sign the tablet after someone drove into my driveway and saw she was in the van.

  Edgar Camacho came out to service my elderly mother’s ac unit. We found him to be very honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He thoroughly explained what needed to be fixed, found the part was still under warranty for us and provided an estimate for repair. Sometimes its hard to trust people coming out to service your elderly parents house and my mom who is a widow on social security was worried about cost. Edgar provided honest work and found the most cost effective approach for my mother to keep her comfortable in the summer heat. He also offered maintenance plans to keep the unit optimized. He is an asset to any company he works for and should be recognized for his outstanding service. Thank you Edgar!!! You took so much stress off our plate and made us glad that we called!!

  They showed up when they said they would and were very professional. They told me all the available options without trying to influence my decision. I would totally work with them again! Edit: Lowering from 5 stars to 2 because both the office and the technician said they would send a copy of the video, and they didn't do that, so I can't include it as part of the inspection for selling my house. They also said that the current state of the pipe is working and the water is flowing freely, but that the pipe would need work in the future. However, the report they gave said it was terrible and recommended $11k of work. Sounds like a bait and switch, so I won't recommended them at all.
