- PJPam Jones1 day ago5.0Tyler came out to inspect the 24 yr old hot water tank. He found all the electrical plus other issues. He took pics of everything. I knew there were serious issues and ihe explained them to me thoroughly. Best plumbing Service Tech I have ever had. That's saying alot since I'm 70 in November. I also use to do my own plumbing.

Fixed the problem double checked it was well taken care of and outlined options to stop it from happening again. Completed quickly and efficiently with great customer service. Dylan did a great job explaining and showing the issue he had resolved.

Gave me a rundown of things i should look at getting replaced, but didn't pressure me into feeling like they had to be done right now. Being able to save the quotes for next time is going to come in handy. Great first impression using them and will definitely be using them in the future.

Also supposed to get a call 30 minutes before arrival. at 10:10, I sent a text asking what was happening. at 10:30 a human called to let me know they don't come to my area every day.

We were without AC for 5 days and since my wife works out of the house, I had to purchase a portable AC unit to keep her and her clients semi-comfortable. The weather was around 100 degrees those days and so a portable unit ($515) wasn't optional. Our unit has 1 year left in the 10 year warranty and so we are looking now at a replacement unit.
