  Jake Roderick with Olympic Plumbing Technology did an outstanding job repairing our burst water main. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get everything fixed. He explained what needed to be done and made sure the repair was completed the right way. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work and the service I received. I highly recommend Jake and Olympic Plumbing Technology to anyone in need of plumbing services!

  I called Olympic Plumbing Technology after calling another company I thought was local. When I only received AI interactions with the other company I looked for another top reviewed plumbing service and came across Olympic Plumbing Technology. They were able to come out quickly and a real person answered the phone! Alec was our plumber and he was fantastic. He explained everything, was extremely nice and understanding. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. The work Alec did was finished the same day. Very easy company to work with.

  Scott R. came out on two different occasions. The first was to help locate a leak the city told us we had. Very professional and spent a good amount of time helping us locate it. The second time was for a shower valve repair he quoted when he came for leak detection. It gave him a fight but he ended up fixing the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our services. Both times they scheduled us next day services and got the job done exceeding expectations with reasonable prices. They walked us through everything and had us test out the repairs to make sure it was functioning properly.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but Rafael and Keenon were awesome and did a great, timely job installing my new tankless water heater. They listened to my initial concerns about my gas pipes, assessed the situation, came up with helpful options and answered all of my questions. I ended up going with an option I didn’t think that I would just yet (I knew I would need to replace the unit soon enough). But the price, payment options and service options were right. They were able to get right to work and I even got a deluxe model of the tankless at no extra cost. The things I love about OPT are that they actually listen and just want me to be served well. I find them to be more affordable and customer-oriented than other plumbing companies I have gotten quotes or work from over the years. OPT re-plumbed my house and septic pipe a few years ago and I’ve been a happy camper with that ever since. Thank you again to Rafael and Keenon, you made the entire experience great!

  Nate, did a fabulous 5 star job in doing the estimates for replacing the pressure reducing valve and the hotwater tank anode. The only negative was the cost of redoing what I thought was Extremely poor work of the previous plumber from another company who worked on the hot water tank. However, the look on Nate's face when he looked at it made up for it for a few seconds. The work was scheduled for Friday morning the next day. That morning, I had moved things out of the way so the tech could freely work around the hot water tank. A few hours later, they called and said they had to cancel because I believe was an emergency job that came up. I was then set up for Monday morning. And again I moved things out of the way. Then a few hours later, my job was canceled again and was set up for the next morning. Then again I cleared the hot water tank job site. Alec arrived for the job. I was impressed with his work and was prepared to give him 5 stars. But remembering that water pipes under a neighbors house had frozen because they weren't insulated, I decided to see if the work under my house was insulated. It turns out he forgot to insulate 4 feet of the pressure reducing valve work. With just him doing all the work, I can really understand how this could happen with all the times he had to crawl back and forth the total length of the house. So I give Alec 4 stars. Olympic Plumbing rates 3.5 for the back to back cancelations and price of the job. Most all work such as this needs to be inspected or reviewed. NOBODY or company is perfect. Not even this review.
