  We had a really great experience with Charlie’s Roofing. They did a fantastic job on our roof and were super easy to work with from start to finish. They answered all our questions, listened to what we needed, and followed through on everything we asked for. We also had a more complicated flat roof, and they handled it without any issues. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. On top of that, their pricing was the best we found, which made it an easy decision. This is actually the fourth roof they’ve done in our family, and every time they’ve been consistent and reliable — just solid work all around. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Charlie’s Roofing if you want good quality work at a fair price.

  If you're looking for a responsive, friendly, easy-to-work-with, and affordable roofer I recommend Carlos with Charlie Roofing. I called him up to get a quote on a full roof replacement and he was able to get out to my place within just a few days (faster than almost every other contractor I called). He was very polite and considerate, and his quote came in $800 lower than the next closest bid. And that was a quote for a solid mid-range shingle with a limited lifetime warranty and synthetic underlayment--so he's not cutting corners on quality. In fact, his bid was for a better-quality shingle than several of the other more expensive bids I got. After the bid I had several additional questions that I messaged him about and he got back to me quickly on every one. So if you're a budget-conscious buyer looking for a solid roof at the the best price, give this company a call.

  I called Charlie Roofing to set up a bid and left a voice mail, Carlos called me back in the next hour to set up an appointment. He arrived exactly on time for the appointment and provided a bid the same day. I selected his bid out of three because I believe in supporting local, small businesses plus his bid was much more reasonable than the other small business. I also referenced checked the heck out of his company, and the products he uses, and was pleased with my results. When I accepted the bid, he called me right away to set the start date and time. On the day we scheduled, his crew showed up on time, on the dot, and began working. They were pleasant, respectful of my property and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was fun watching them work, they were like a well oiled machine. At the end of the second day, Carlos called to let me know they'd be back for a couple more hours in the am to finish up and to make sure everything was cleaned up. We then arranged a time for me to pay him the balance owed and he showed up on time again. Such a great company and business model, I highly recommend Charlie Roofing, Carlos was very respectful, appreciative, and a pleasure to work with. He made the whole process pleasant.

  Charlie’s roofing is the best in Thurston County. They have been around for some time and have the best reputation with service, professionalism , and quality. My family comes to the owner Carlos if we ever have a problem and him and his team always provide the most amazing work each time.
