  Black Hills is our go to place anytime we have issues with our HVAC, A/C or plumbing issues at home. After dealing with a few other providers and feeling scammed, we be more happy with BH than we are. The guys are trust worthy, quick and reliable. Their services are up to the highest standards and every single employee that we worked with is respectful, nice and professional.

  They charged over $500 to install a new bathroom sink faucet that I had already purchased ; also don’t fall for their comfort pass because Sarah Carey came in and told me my three-year-old heat pump needed a condenser fan. Well that was a lie don’t let her around your HVAC. Yeah I had another certified HVAC come over and there was nothing wrong with my condenser fan and Sarah Carey via Black Hillsgave me a $1200 invoice To fix my condenser fan, which I did not have done because there was nothing wrong with it.

  Bobby was smart, clear, professional, and kind during an upsetting bathroom leakage/flooding situation. He explained things clearly and directly and was upfront about the repair and costs. If we were to have another plumbing problem, I'd call Black Hills and ask for Bobby, no question.

  Excellent, timely service! We called about our failing heat pump and furnace. Sarah came out the same day and shared options for repair and replacement. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Danny showed up the next day with the new furnace and heat pump. Professional, friendly and incredibly patient with all of our questions. Ethan finished the electrical and made sure everything worked as intended. We highly recommend Black Hills!

  Everyone at Black HIlls was great! We wanted to add a second mini-split/heat pump for my wife's studio space. Jason came out immeditely. Talked us through all of the issues, what we wanted, what could be done, etc. By the time he left we had a clear game plan for how it was to be installed. Got an immediate estimate and as soon as we approved, we were on the schedule the next day! Their crew came out and Danny, Jonathan, Wayne and Evan were all great! Respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, curteous, clean, efficient. We talked over what they were going to do, matched exactly what we had spoken to Jason about, they verified it could be done and then they immediately set to work on the install. 6 hours later it was done! Danny went over the operation of it with us, had us sign the work order that it was complete and we were satisfied, and they left. Could barely tell they were here. Cleaned up wherever they had been. 2 days later L&I called to schedule the inspection. They showed up and it took all of 10 minutes for them to verify everything had been done according to code and they stamped the electrical panel. We couldn't be happier with the produuct and how easy it was using Back Hills. 5 Stars all around.
