When looking for a builder 8 years ago while living in Anacortes, a number of people I spoke with commented that they either had heard that Brian was excellent builder or those that I spoke with had direct experience with him and had that same high opinion. My husband and I made the decision to go with Brian and we never regretted it for even a minute. Brian is very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. He does what he says he will do. We hired them again to redo our garage and again to transform our long, narrow enclosed porch into an entertainment center. Needless to say, each time we have been very very pleased with the results. Brian's experience, knowledge, patience and suggestions turned ordinary rooms into delightful ones. His subcontractors have been great...special kudos to 'Bill the Tile Guy'...and have all been professional and expert in their fields. ACS will definitely be our go-to construction company when any other remodeling work needs to be done.

It was everything my wife imaged and more. Being an older home with plaster walls, old wiring, and uneven floors, the project was a challenge, but the results made our home value increase immensely. They also added a walk-in pantry, removed an old exterior door, and added a large window for more sunlight. Brian and his team and the subcontractors he selected were top notch. We loved the cabinet makers, sheetrockers, and the granite guys were so skillful in their work. THANK YOU ACS!!
