Great service professional, use them all the time when technician shows up. I waited all day yesterday for the technician, did not show up. Seatown sent me 2 notices on my email 3 days before the appointment. I called the office several times talk to AI and live woman agent, said will be there by 12 pm. To make sure l will be home to meet the technician, she said second customer in line. No email or text messages, technician did not show up. I was mad 😡 for a day, could have done something else productive, instead of waiting all day. When they show up, are great 👍.

Seatown is the WORST! I had an appointment scheduled for between 8 am - 10 am today and moved all of my business appointments to accommodate the appointment time and when I hadn't heard anything by 9:00 am I called them, and they told me that they had to move my appointments to the afternoon to accommodate other customers. When I told them that I've had my water shut off for almost a week and move all of my business appointments they said they still could not accommodate the original appointment time. I went with Eco Plumbing in Snohomish who is rated higher than Seatown anyway. Guess things happen for a reason. Will NEVER recommend Seatown as a reliable vendor. They do not follow through with their commitments!
Tech Macalan was great. Though new to the job, he was pleasant, listened and answered my questions, seemed thorough, and was respectful of my property. The only issue I had was he was missing a needed tool to check the refrigerant. I have left a message with the office to have a return visit to complete the service. I also take issue with the AI virtual assistant. I got conflicting information in making the appointment. Then the office called me the morning of the appointment to reschedule due to overbooking. That was not good as I had made arrangements to be home. The tech was great but there were some issues, hence the 3-star review.

Brady was great! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful.
However, scheduling with the company was very annoying. I booked an appointment online for yesterday from 2-4 pm and then got a text that someone was on their way at 9 am. When I called them to tell them I wasn’t home and I booked 2-4 pm for that reason, I was told that the online times are “just suggestions” and that I should have left the whole day open. If that’s the case, why didn’t the online booking system tell me that?? I was very frustrated by that information.
Brody as a technician gets 5+ stars, but the scheduling process gets 2 stars, so I felt a good average was 4. Do better with your online scheduling, Seatown.
We will call Mr. JIM N. Back for all our plumbing issues. And we will ask him for refferrels on other home projects. He is a trust worthy General Contractor, master Plumber, certified. God really blessed us to know Jim.N. "That is real favor!" We are 2 years newlyweds , who just purchased a 25 year old home on hilltop Tacoma. Everything was suppose to be perfect, when we paid almost a half a million dollars for this home. My wife and I , wanted to be close to our jobs. I made sure she got, what she wanted. But; we have to face the reality that, we are now seniors with disabilities. And we need help to maintain a home that fits in our budget. We chose not to rent because of the rising prices. We are glad there is still people in this world, who care more about service, than greed. We hope to set an example for our kids and grandchildren. The secrets of financial Literacy and home ownership as a couple working together ❤️.
