Our home office is located in Silverton, OR and we proudly opened our second location in Mukilteo, WA in 2024. John's Waterproofing seeks to serve our customers with the highest degree of integrity. - AAAnnette AllenJun 9, 20264.0Sales person did a good and complete job of evaluation my crawl space issues, which I had no experience in. The office called me twice to notify me of pending arrivals. The crew arrived 45 minutes late with a 10 minute notice. Notified me they couldn't complete the down spout connection. Did not do a completion walkthru. I foud sone issues with job cleanup and noticed the office. Ashley handled my initial call very professionally then transferred me to the supervisor Michael, who was familiar with job. After some communications with Mike, he came out to address the issues. Everything was addressed and completed to my satisfaction. Mike also listened to my complaints, concerns and recommendations to improve the customers satisfaction.
