  We have used AdvantaClean to clean our dryer duct for years - they are easy to schedule with, and all the staff are very friendly, courteous, and professional. The cleaning is thorough and effective.

  Thank you AdvantaClean! From beginning to end, your technicians were amazing! Joseph did the initial inspection and explained the necessary steps to remedy our situation. Chris came out and set up containment and took samples to ensure we knew what we were dealing with. Zack completed the demolition and dry out for us. I must say all three of them were very efficient, and competent professionals who represent your company very well! I would recommend your company to anyone in need of the services you provide.

  We had a great experience with AdvantaClean during a very stressful water loss situation. From the start, their team was responsive, professional, and thorough in handling the mitigation process. They took care of everything efficiently, which really helped reduce the stress on our side. What stood out most was how they coordinated the next steps for us, including connecting us with a contents handling company. That made the entire process much smoother and saved us a lot of time and effort trying to figure things out on our own. We especially appreciate the support from Jeremy (estimator), Joseph and Zack (mitigation technicians), and Lynn (office support for post-service communication). Everyone we worked with was helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall, they did a solid job with the mitigation work and provided a level of support that made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.

  We had an emergency flooding of our crawl space and AdvantaClean was able to send a crew out to our house the same day that we called it in. They installed a temporary sump pump and came back as many times as needed over the next few days to adjust the pump location until the water was drawn down enough to make permanent fixes. Everyone we worked with (Modou, Doug, Adam and Jennifer) were very professional, responsive, and pleasant to work with. They didn't pressure into charging for additional unnecessary fixes. Would definitely use them again.

  AdvantaClean provided excellent service for mold remediation in my attic space. They kept all schedules and timelines. Jennifer, the estimator, provided a clear estimate and conducted the site visit in a timely manner. The techs Colby and Adam showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards really well. They even revised the estimate downward when they discovered that they didn't need to use all the materials originally estimated. I would recommend them.
