  We had a great experience with AdvantaClean during a very stressful water loss situation. From the start, their team was responsive, professional, and thorough in handling the mitigation process. They took care of everything efficiently, which really helped reduce the stress on our side. What stood out most was how they coordinated the next steps for us, including connecting us with a contents handling company. That made the entire process much smoother and saved us a lot of time and effort trying to figure things out on our own. We especially appreciate the support from Jeremy (estimator), Joseph and Zack (mitigation technicians), and Lynn (office support for post-service communication). Everyone we worked with was helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall, they did a solid job with the mitigation work and provided a level of support that made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.

  We've been trying for weeks to get to the bottom of a strange black dust coming out of one of our kitchen outlets, suspecting mold. We had Jeremy come for a complimentary assessment and he was amazing, looking into every possible problem or indicator, and ended up finding a leak in our roof that went down all 3 floors to our crawl space. He spent a lot of time with us, looked into everything we asked, and answered all our many questions. He talked us through an entire road map of what to do next and what the best and worse case scenarios might look like. He also gave us referrals to get some additional mold assesment and roof repair work done. He was honest, never tried to sell us on any services he didn't think we needed and simply told us they would be here for us if the other assessments turned up a significant mold or other problem that would need remediation. With a small toddler and feeling very overwhelmed by this whole situation and potential mold in our home, we are so grateful for Jeremy's assessment and that he cared to really investigate and locate the root of our problem. After finding out we did have mold indicated in our walls, we ended up hiring Jeremy and his team to come do the remediation work for us. The tech Zac was awesome, very careful and thorough, and answered our many questions every day. We feel very confident about the work they did for us and are grateful we found and hired them.

  I had the pleasure of working with Austin to investigate a water leak issue at my home. While I understand that this problem may be outside of their professional scope as the leak appeared to be outside of the house, I was incredibly impressed with his dedication and willingness to assist. He provided valuable guidance on how to investigate the leak. He took the time to explain potential causes and recommended next steps, which gave me confidence moving forward. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable who truly cares about helping, I highly recommend reaching out to him!

  AdvantaClean of the Eastside came out to clean the ducts in our condo. The entire team was extremely responsive and professional from making the appointment, sending the estimate for signature, and showing up on time. We appreciate the thorough job that Colby and Modou did - the whole place feels much cleaner! They were very respectful of our home and took great care to wear masks, gloves and social distance to keep us safe. The owners, Lynn and Stacy Liedle are amazing, caring people and I will continue to recommend their services to my friends and family!
