It was all completed in one day and it looks great!! The whole process was easy. They provided me with a list of cleaning products to use on my new tub/shower, good to know, want to keep it looking good!

- DMDan MinzelApr 16, 20265.0Chris, the person who did a remarkable days work on day 1 to demolish the old built in cast iron tub and tile walls was just great. This new shower install was for my 99 yr. old Mother who still lives alone and Chris made sure the new shower, grab bars, shelves etc. were all custom fit for my Mothers safety and convenience. On day 2 Chris had help with the install (and I am very sorry that I forgot the name of the 2nd person). They were both outstanding, worked extremely well as a team and once again accomplished an incredible amount of work in a single day. They were both friendly, paid attention to detail and cleaned up the entire work site before calling the job complete. Both Chris and (Juan?) were on time both days, exhibited skill and a genuine attention to detail and professionalism. Upon completion they took the time to show us how things worked and gave us information on the "care and feeding" of the new shower. Communication with the Main Office was also very satisfying and easy. I am VERY satisfied with the job and would highly recommend Bath Fitter to others. THANK YOU !!!! Dan Minzel
