  We recently had to have our master shower replaced. It was an older - original 1990s corner, free standing shower with two glass walls and sliding glass doors. The old shower was showing signs of possible water damage/build up around the bath pan and the glass was SUPER flimsy. We were worried about several issues so wanted to just take care of things before it went BAD. We found Bathfitters NW online, and selected them after speaking with 2 other vendors. They had a combination of the best price/quality of product and were the best fit for us. The design process was super easy, clear, and without hidden "extras". Sarah W. walked us through the process, options, and timeline and was clear and answered any questions we had (which were many as this was our first bathroom overhaul). Because of the corner shower, we had to work with them to go through another vendor because Bathfitters doesn't do that type of shower stall. However, they provided us with a great vendor (Seaview Glass - see separate review for them) who was able to provide what we needed. The install was just a one person team, it took less than a full day for the demo, shower stall and fixtures to go in. The installer (I can't recall his name!!) was great, super careful with our house, cleaned up and all in all did a great job. The only issue with the entire project was that we ended up not loving the shelves that we selected, but when we followed up with Sarah about options she was great about helping us select a different set and they are going to work really well. The only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars was that at the time, we were only provided with the single shelving option, but it appears there were others that could have been considered - so we would have selected something else at the start if that had been possible. All in all, not the end of the world and something that can be changed. I am really happy with this investment in our home, with the design and the way our shower now looks and the warranty that's backing it up and giving us peace of mind. It's beautiful!! No more mildew build up in the edges, no more worrying about leaks, no more flimsy 90s glass to worry about breaking, and NO MORE 90s GOLD!! WOOOT. I will say that this ended up costing a lot more than I was expecting, but that was on me not having a good baseline. The price we ended up paying for the shower was completely reasonable, and while not the cheapest, again, it was the best value/price combo and we're very happy. They also had some great financing options with zero interest, so that's always nice to have.

  We are very happy with our new shower from Bath Fitter. The sales person was knowledgeable and easy to work with and the installation crew was friendly, polite and super efficient. It took exactly the amount of time the sales person shared with us and the crew left our bathroom and home clean. We’ve enjoyed our showers this week and feel much safer with the step-in design. No more tub!! Thanks Bath Fitter!
