Bathroom now updated, fresh and no longer the falling hazard the tub had become. Work crew was communicative, on time and kept in touch during the 2 day install. When we were asked to take a look at the finished product, we just ooh-ed and ahh-ed. When ask for assurance the shower would not leak, the answer was “Hope not”. Price came w some sticker shot but was competitive w other bids.

Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Communications were great and we now have a walk-in shower with grab bars and a seat, perfect for our dotage! We recently ran into an issue with our shower, and since we had their lifetime warranty, we reached out to see how they would handle it. Honestly, you always wonder if companies will actually honor their warranties, but Bath Fitter blew us away. They didn't hesitate for a second. They immediately addressed the problem, came out quickly, and fixed and repaired all the immediate issues without any hassle. It is so rare to find a company with this level of integrity and dedication to their customers long after the initial installation. The manager, Kristin, was so responsive and easy to work with. If you are on the fence about using them, rest assured that you are in great hands. They build a great product and their customer service is top-notch. Thank you, Bath Fitter!
