  Came out for gas smell several days after replacing a valve on h2o heater. Found compression fitting needed tightened. No charge for the response. Very professional

  We were very happy with the service we received from Handy's Heating, from scheduling to the maintenance work that Billy performed on our heating stove. Besides doing great job, Billy took the time to address my concerns and answer my questions. He was courteous, professional and personable!

  Over these past 16 years my furnance checks by Jack have always given me the confidence the winter months will be a normal operating season. The professionalism and dedication exhibited by Jack is most reassuring.

  We needed to have our Rinnai Tankless system flushed. Handys sent someone to do that. Unfortunately he was in over his head and we couldn’t get hot water afterwards, even tho we had hot water before he came. So he had another tech come early next morning. He got us hot water but it only lasted a few hours. I called Handys and they sent someone the next day. Jeff came to see why we couldn’t get hot water. He really traced the whole system and found the problem. He got us hot water. He ordered a new part. It took over a week to get here so he came to put it in. Turns out it was the wrong part. So he diligently traced the numbers and reordered it. Thankfully we had hot water the whole time. After about 2 weeks the part finally came and Jeff came and put it in. We have hot water and it was quite an ordeal. However, Jeff was very pleasant, friendly and professional. I would have him back anytime. So thank you, Jeff. We haven’t received the bill yet and we hope Handys take into account that our lack of hot water and related issues resulted from that first visit.

  Received a verbal quote in the showroom to have a heater taken out and put back after new floors were replaced. The price. I was quoted was not honored and my bill was 3x what I was quoted. If you are looking for a small company to take advantage of you then look no further, you found them. I prefer to go through smaller businesses but this one has lost a customer. Their customer service leaves much to be desired for a small business.
