  I would call Absolute Plumbing again & would recommend them I called for a new hot water heater ours was leaking & was not expecting same day service but they came out same day & installed a new one. Ours is not a typical type so was surprised & pleased &price is what I expected. The installers Nathan & Austin were very pleasant & knowledgeable & did not leave a mess at all. Very happy & recommend Absolute.

  Plumber came Wednesday to fix the fierce leak of an underground join, left the huge hole in my walkway to my utility room, but well taped for safety. Did not return at 1:00 Friday as scheduled, phoned before 3:00 "not coming until Monday at 1:00". Not funny. After fixing the leak, hopefully, the two men filled the hole and left a box with access to water shut-off - a good thing. They did _not_ remove the pile of leftover dirt, as they said they would, but could have in the time they charged me. Photos will be sent. I use that walkway every day, except for the six days I couldn't safely get to the utility room. No apology from the company for the arbitrary change of Friday's schedule - I changed _my_ plans to be there at 1:00, because Jon wanted me there... why?! Same with Monday, but I had to leave before he and Rodney were done. Disappointed with the level of pride of a Job Well-done. I hope the leak is fixed - my water and sewage bill will let me know. Now to clear the walkway of a lot of mud.

  Absolute Plumbing bid on an exterior faucet replacement for our condominium. The pricing was fair and the work was done very professionally and easily. They were competent and totally qualified to do the job. I would highly recommend them for other projects.

  Plumber Jon was excellent. Service was a Fri & new water heater end of the day, after he left, didn't have hot water... he came on Sat. to troubleshoot, I'm sure on his own time & gas, got it fixed. Msgd us later to make sure we had hot water. We were super appreciative of his efforts. Great communication from him about both installs. Was not as impressed w/ setting the initial appt. on the phone. Didn't feel that followthru was smooth. The Estimator guys were great also.
