  These guys are the best! I had a great experience with Switch having a generator installed in 2021, best quote out of three and amazing service every time they come out for the yearly maintenance. So I called them again for inspections/quotes for a variety of things, Craigan came out and spent a lot of time looking things over and answering allllll of my questions. Got me a great quote right away and was quick about updating it as I made all my decisions. Today Stonney and Bryan came out to install 5 ceiling fans, 2 bathroom fans, replace all of my bathroom fixtures and a dimmer switch for my garage lights. They were awesome, went over everything ahead of time and kept me posted during the installs to make sure we were fully informed on details and that everything was perfectly laid out how we liked. Stonney saved me from needing to have any drywall patched by reconfiguring the switch for my new living room fan, and Bryan gave me some options to save a couple hundred dollars on my bathroom fans and keep them more silent, although I stuck with the higher power option because I don't mind the noise and it was worth the higher cost for me. I also appreciate that they install all high quality products and fulfill all aspects 100% to inspection protocols. I have only had A+ service from everyone at Switch, including Spencer who managed all my scheduling and checks in with me periodically about our generator maintenance. She is a real gem! Next up will be fixing the power to my greenhouse and running power to my shed :)

  If I could give Craigan (and Switch Electric) more than 5 stars, I would. Not only did he take care of their electrical needs, he made sure they were safe when a completely different issue arose. Craigan could have pushed the issue to someone else or not answered the call but he didn’t. His amazing character shone through and I’m so appreciative. I just randomly found Switch Electric on the internet and I’m so happy I did. If you’re looking for somewhere that will put you first and treat you like a person and not just a paycheck-this is the company. Ten stars, since five doesn’t seem like enough.

  The technician was very thorough and quickly diagnosed what the problem was and promptly fixed it. If I ever need electrical work done I will call Switch.

  Switch Electric is top notch. They are responsive, punctual, and follow through on their commitments. I have a home built in 1959 that needed several electrical upgrades, including outlets, light switches, lighting fixtures, and ceiling fans. It turned into a fairly large project. Jacob and Ryder arrived at 8:00 a.m. and worked until 6:00 p.m. They worked incredibly hard throughout the day, answered all of my questions, and kept my priorities of safety and functionality at the forefront of every decision. After the work was completed, I noticed a couple of minor issues. I contacted Switch Electric, and they were quick to respond and promptly took care of everything, which really reinforced their commitment to customer service. In the end, the total cost was about $1,500 above the original estimate. Given the age of my home and the unexpected issues that often come with older electrical systems, that seemed reasonable and was probably about average. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of their work and would confidently recommend Switch Electric.

  From my first phone call to the final inspection, Switch Electric made the whole process easy. The office staff was responsive and easy to work with, Craigan did a thorough and straightforward estimate, and Cody, Ryder, and Andy handled the installation professionally. They installed two dedicated 240V 20A circuits and one dedicated 120V 20A circuit. The work was completed quickly, everything was neat and well organized, and they clearly take pride in doing things the right way. I also appreciated how quickly they were able to schedule the job after the estimate. Their pricing was fair, and they took care of the permitting process without me having to worry about any of the details. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor that communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and delivers quality work. I’d gladly use Switch Electric again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable electrician.
