I am giving 5 stars for the actual tech…Tou. I appreciate his level of knowledge and his attention to detail. Updating me on the proper maintenance of our new system, recommendations, troubleshooting and coming up with solutions for oxygenating better. I have questions for the principal of the company regarding our service contract we signed up for post installation, what it includes and what we thought it would include. But that’s not on Tou. He is an outstanding tech for Septic Solutions.

Garrett, came out serviced and pumped our tank. Their response time and diligence is second to none! We went with Septic Solutions over the company that we used before, and are so glad we made the switch. They provided a greater level of service and support that will keep our system running more efficiently for years to come. The office team were extremely supportive and communicated/organized everything effectively. We highly recommend this company!
