  We needed a concrete failing distribution box replaced. We were quoted $1,000 less than a different company, Alex came out and replaced it that day in a few hours. He worked hard.

  The technician was incredible; a 2 hour job turned out to be 6 in blistering heat. He went above and beyond, and explained every step and provided pictures and videos of the problem. He did a fantastic job, cutting through tree roots, repairing broken lines and installing new ones. Very grateful for his service.

  We had a complicated issue with our 50 yr old septic system, where a previous owner had poured a cement sidewalk over the pipes and later built a deck over that sidewalk. It took some doing to unravel all the separate sources of our septic issues, but the gracious office staff and professional site staff diligently figured it out and worked very hard in heat and cramped spaces to fix everything. Before Septic Solutions, we had two other septic companies come out who badly misdiagnosed the issues and wanted to tear out the deck (a different deck!) to get to the source of the problem, which turned out to be one area which was working just fine. I wouldn’t consider using anyone other than Septic Solutions in the future.

  Septic Solutions has been fantastic in every way - great customer service, responsive service, and very knowledgeable and professional technicians. This is the first septic company (of several I’ve used) that fully understood my FAST / drip system. Tou took the time to thoroughly diagnose, test, and offer appropriate solutions to the issues I’ve been experiencing, making adjustments and repairs along the way. Garrett, and Alex were on site the very next day, working diligently, and putting in long hours to address and fix these issues. Their service was complete, professional, and thorough. I fully recommend Septic Solutions, who I will now be using for all my septic servicing and needs.
