  I found it to be a ok supplier but they wouldn't take there on coupon from there own internet website. Told to go back to work / home and order it on the web and they will process it and it will be ready in 2 or 3 days FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS IN STOCK that would have added up to about 4 to 5 hours of lost man hours total between the two trips and a waste of 100 miles of travel time ( what's your time worth to you I know what it is worth to me ) i don't see it as living up to good customer service as the picture tries to say that that's what they deliver. I would give one star for this experience but they have averaged three stars for the times that I have dealt with them but because of that short-sightedness of their part I have cut back on what I spent with that company to there LOST $$
