  These guys came out to replace my neighbors fence. They pissed on my log splitter and threw nails in my car port. They are rude to my wife. I could never recommend a company like this. You guys removed it and my wife asked you to clean up after you removed it. Your reply is no? Got it, and I didn't say anything about the property issue. That is over and done with. But nails in my car port is absurd!!!

  I started the review over a month ago but just decided to post it. I’d give this company 0 stars if I could. In addition to the pickets I noted below the post on pipe the sold me over half of them are splitting real bad. Do not do business with this company! They do not stand behind the product they sell! This company was recommended to me by a friend, they were in the middle of the three suppliers for pricing and I thought I would give them a shot. I picked up the materials late Friday and left them in my truck and unloaded them first thing next morning. I had (24) pickets out of 190 that were cracked pretty bad, so I emailed them that weekend and let them know I’d like replacement for them. The respond with an email stating they would only replace them if I paid them another $3.80 ea. (20% discount of what I originally paid). Their reason of why they were splitting is because they were on my driveway per my emailed picture to them. BTW I laid down 2x4 dunnage and stacked the pickets on them so air could circulate around them, the ones I wanted to return were on the pavement for about 30 minutes before I loaded them back into my truck, the picture just doesn’t show it that well. I’m like are you kidding me, who does business like this, so I called and spoke Dixie at the front desk (very helpful and nice to work with btw) and she said she’d talk to the owner. They came back and said they’d only replace (10) of the pickets and I’d have to repurchase the rest at full price. I took back the (24) bad pickets and they didn’t even look at them, they just gave me (10) replacements. The owner and or management wasn’t there to talk to. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself time and money! 8-22-26; Response to owner. Your so full of BS, your implying the cracks on the post on pipe and split picket boards happened from the time I got home Friday evening to Saturday morning over a 24 hour period? Also they were not left out in the sun like you claim, attached is another picture I took after I just unloaded them and you can see they are under a canopy, neatly stacked with 2x4 dunnage. What about the post on pipe spitting issue, why were more than 1/2 of them split where the pipe was installed? Like I mentioned previously in this post take your business elsewhere. This business owner wants to hide from his customers behind a keyboard and make false claims and not take responsibility for the product they sell.

  I did not use premier fence because the Lady I spoke to was rude and they wanted me to measure my own property before coming out to give me an estimate. So I found Brandon at Rock Solid Fence and I would recommend him way over premier fencing
