  We hired this company to install LVP, new baseboards, and a tile kitchen backsplash, and we could not be happier with the incredible job Jay's crew did in our home. From the very beginning, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail stood out. Installing flooring throughout a large house is no small task, yet their team handled every room with precision and care. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. Every transition, corner, and plank was installed perfectly, and the finished result completely transformed our home. The crew worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and treated our home with respect throughout the entire process, even going as far as to bring in packages that were delivered while we were away. Jovani's commitment to ensuring a top-tier experience was evident from the beginning. He kept us updated throughout the process, and he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy on both a professional and personal level. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and a great asset to the company. Reasonable pricing, no pressure sales pitch to upgrade to a higher priced product, a wonderful salesperson, quality carpet/pad and a very quick and quality install.   I called Jays Flooring on Thursday and they came out same day, I was told that they could be out as early as the following Monday and they were able to come early on Saturday and had the floors done in a few hours. Just Incredible service all around. Javoni was a rock star and was quick with measurements and getting the numbers for me and was very responsive via text/calls

  Had the best experience at Jay's flooring! Jovani helped us pick out some samples at the store, drove to my house the next day to pick them up and take measurements and booked the install for the following day! We wanted to carpet our stairs asap to make them safer for our kids. I'm so happy with the result! Jovani was kind, attentive, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend them. Will definitely use them in the future when we replace our wood flooring.
