  Jay's Flooring did an OUTSTANDING job replacing 1600 square ft.of flooring on our ground floor of our home. The crew that did the work was very professional, hard working, and kept all communication open, and upfront during the process. We LOVE our new laminate flooring, and are extremely pleased with how it turned out. I would recommend Jay's flooring for replacement of your old floors!! Their attention to detail is Top Shelf!! Also Lorilee was very thorough throughout the initial meeting and measuring our home to get us just what we were looking for.

  All around great job on our 2 bathroom flooring upgrade. Loreilee in sales gave us a great price, Jose scheduled us very quickly and Roberto and George did a great quality installation in about 3 hours. We are very pleased with how the project turned out. Great job!!

  I had a lot of quotes for replacing my carpet. Jay’s was not the lowest quote, but the sales person Karla was the reason I chose to go with them. She was professional, kind and saved me from making a huge mistake. I asked for LVP and once she saw my VERY large dogs she informed me that LVP would not be the best choice for me. She explained the differences in products and advised me which floors are best for my lifestyle. She did not have floor samples with her, since I asked for LVP. Some came back to my house the next day and left the samples at my door so I could make the decision at my leisure. The install took 3 days. During the install, the workers took great care with my furniture. There were a couple of miscommunications, new baseboard were left off initially and my laundry closet was not completed. I called the main line and everything was fixed and solved within a day. At the end, the installers cleaned up and locked my door. In the next couple of years I will need to replace the floor upstairs and I will absolutely be coming back to Jay’s Floorings.
