  No call, no show. Booked two weeks in advance, received text for confirmation the day prior and nobody showed up. Nobody has called to reschedule or try to make it right, in spite of numerous attempts to reach out on my part. Very frustrated as I was trying to give an opportunity to a local business versus ordering a kit online to install the screens myself. Extremely unprofessional.

  I had an excellent experience with It's Your Houtz Screens LLC and couldn't be happier with the results. Angie came to my home and fabricated and installed 10 custom window screens in just a few hours. What really impressed me was her attention to detail. Even though I had already provided measurements for the quote, she took the time to verify every measurement herself before starting fabrication. She also test-fit each screen frame without the mesh first to make sure everything fit perfectly before completing the screens and installing them. That level of care gave me a lot of confidence that the job would be done right. Angie was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The finished screens fit perfectly and look great. I highly recommend It's Your Houtz Screens LLC to anyone looking for high-quality custom window screens and excellent customer service.

  I brought in a bent window screen to have it repaired. I was very happy with the work done and the value provided. Rather than having to replace the whole frames, 50% of it was salvaged and the rest replaced along with the screen itself. It shows an attention to detail and customer service and craftsmanship that I really appreciate. They operate a small/home business but that made it easy to drop off my item and pick it up. Super convenient. Always excellent communication at every step of the way, mostly via text message. I will absolutely use them again.
