  I was out of state and had an airbnb guest report a tub that would not drain. After spending an entire day frustrated, waiting for someone that I thought I had booked... (Turns out the company I engaged has multiple arms and their AI scheduler created an appointment no one knew about)... I reached out to Apollo. They were quick, communicative and efficient. After patiently finding parking in downtown Seattle, Colin quickly assessed that the drain pull was engaged preventing the tub from emptying. He was gracious with our guest and didn't charge a fee for the visit. Apollo is now the first plumber on my speed dial for future needs.

  Devin from Apollo Plumbing came out with it three hours of calling in my leak and was excellent to work with. I was not able to be on site for the work, but his communication was excellent. He called to let me know his findings and a couple options to move forward, performed the work I approved, and sent me the documents needed for my insurance claim.

  Today Geoff O and Jordan came by because my hot water tank was leaking. I have to say I was very impressed with their professional assessment of the problem and solutions they provided. They determined that my tank was still covered under warranty and offered to do the repair or wait until I figured out my options with the warrant which only covered parts not labor. It turned out I could get the tank repaired for less than Apollo under warranty but they just earned my business for life. I called Apollo before and they’ve never disappointed and today was no different. I would highly recommend calling them first.

  Carlos came out to my house and took a look at the issues that I was having. He was a great and helpful guy. Nothing bad to say about him. He did his job but he doesn’t make the prices. Unless he does… Then I would also give him a negative review. His service was very good. When it came to the pricing it wasn’t just overpriced. It was predatory prices. $575 for each toilet to be taken up and put back. $475 to replace the shut off valve to one of my toilets. $775 to cut a hole in the ceiling and do leak detection. He replaced the wax seal and made the flange flush with the flooring because it wasn’t up to code. That didn’t end up working and made the leak worse so he didn’t charge me for that. The flange needs to be replaced. The quote for one toilet was $4,600 and he said the other one is most likely having the same issue. If I did everything the total pricing would have came to around $11,600. I had another plumber come out and he quoted me $1,650. I got my deposit back from Apollo and they were understanding. But after all of this I feel extremely taken advantage of and prayed upon. I paid around $1900-$2000 for two toilets to be taken up, put back, a hole cut in the ceiling and a shut off valve replaced. I’m just happy that I got a second opinion before it was too late.

  Carl did a great job working with myself and my neighbor to clear a root clog out of our shared drain. There’s still more work to do however he was able to give us a clear picture of what was going on with our shared sewer pipe and our next steps, he was courteous. I took the time to explain in detail the process of what was going on at the time and what we will have to do in the future costs were explained before the job or started. And I believe we’re in line with other Plumbing services that I’ve had in the past Most importantly, he left the place clean and neat as he found it job well done Carlos
