  Peiman is THE man. My water heater was on the fritz, 3pm on a Friday afternoon. I'm doomed, there's no way this is being solved until next week, right? Peiman shows up, checks out the water heater, and confirms my fears - it's toast. "Don't worry," he says, "you'll have hot water tonight." He recognizes the model should have a 12 year warranty... it's 11.5 years old. He calls the manufacturer, deals with the customer service rep, and lines up the warranty replacement. Tells me he's got another job he's got to get to, but don't fret, he'll be back. A couple hours later he rolls back up, asks if it's okay to keep working the job tonight or he could come back in the morning, I say do your thing. He drains the old tank, hauls it away, and returns with a brand new water heater. Does the install and leaves everything cleaner and nicer than he found it, even in this late hour. Boom - the hot water is flowing once again. The next morning I wake up with a migraine, a KILLER migraine, and when I feel like that the only thing that seems to help is a long - and I'm talking LONG - hot shower. It was meant to be, Peiman with the clutch service, saving me from a weekend of agony. The new heater continues to hum along, no issues, no problems. Thank you Delta Rooter, ya'll rock.

  Peiman was really great!! Very thorough and took a lot of time to explain details and discuss options. A free estimate, he came almost immediately and did the work as soon as I got my new faucets. His availability was so nice. He also installed my new toilet seat no charge and my normally shy dog loved him!!!

  We had a great experience with Peiman from Delta Rooter. He responded quickly and offered very fair pricing. Peiman is incredibly kind and patient; he truly listens to your concerns and finds the root cause of the problem. He fixed two leaks in our home (bathroom and under-sink) and really knows his stuff. He went above and beyond by even picking up a part from the store. I don't usually leave reviews, but his exceptional service deserved one!"
