  This company should be the standard for professionalism for all companies.After dealing with plethora of scammers, rip off cabals and the sort like one vendor bid $2280 for what Bill's charge was, $887 it speaks for itself. Some of these vendors think you are an idiot.I will always recommend Bill's as the very best in their industry. Thanks to Goldfinch Glass for recommending them.

  This morning on a very narrow residential road about half a block from the school, a service truck from Bill’s Glass Company created a completely avoidable traffic situation. The driver was sitting in a driveway preparing to back out and clearly saw my car already approaching on the road. On a tight neighborhood street like this, basic driving courtesy, and standard traffic rules, are simply to wait a few seconds for the car already on the roadway to pass. Instead, the driver backed out into the street and blocked the road. Within seconds cars began piling up behind me and behind the truck, turning what should have been about five seconds of patience into a full traffic bottleneck during school drop-off time. Parents were trying to get their children to school safely and on time, and unnecessary congestion like this creates stress for everyone. Because of this completely avoidable situation, we ended up late to school and I ended up late to work. Drivers exiting a private driveway are expected to yield to vehicles already traveling on the roadway (per Washington traffic rules), so this situation could have easily been avoided by simply waiting a moment. The photos clearly show the Bill’s Glass company truck with its glass rack and branding, positioned as it was backing out and blocking the narrow street. When companies operate branded service vehicles in residential neighborhoods, especially near schools, drivers represent the business. Situational awareness and patience go a long way in keeping school routes safe and moving smoothly. I hope the company reminds drivers to be extra mindful in school areas where a few seconds of patience can prevent unnecessary disruption for families and children starting their day. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps prevent similar situations in the future.

  They did such a great job with replacing the glass of my window and for far less than a quote I got from another company. The work was clean and fast; I would definitely call them again!
