  We had a great experience with Alex while getting an estimate for a water heater repair/replacement. He was super professional, upfront, and transparent about the costs and options available. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. His honesty and professionalism gave us confidence in his recommendations. The fix is complete and we highly recommend for anyone looking for trustworthy plumbing service.

  Very satisfied with their responsiveness. Their very experienced technician did a thorough job replacing outdated water supply valves in a bathroom and the hoses on our washing machine. Be aware that they will push a maintenance plan as part of the service. It's probably good for people that have no "how to" abilities with plumbing. The main "negative" about the plan is that it's billed monthy rather annually.

  I had an excellent experience with Jordan Boyer and Luis Espinoza during my home's plumbing and sewer inspection. They were incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to carefully explain the current condition of both the plumbing and sewer systems. Their guidance was honest, detailed, and easy to understand, which helped me make informed decisions about my home. What stood out the most was their professionalism, humility, and positive attitude throughout the entire inspection. They patiently answered all of my questions without rushing and made sure I fully understood the findings and recommendations. It's rare to come across technicians who combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate Jordan and Luis for their excellent work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy plumbing and sewer inspection services.

  While I didn't ultimately hire Harts for a small service line leak repair job, I was very pleased with their professionalism, level of service, and communication all the way through. Huge shout out to Luis for providing outstanding service and exemplifying a customer-centric mindset. I will absolutely keep Luis and the team in mind for any plumbing work in the future. I ended up going with another plumbing company in this particular situation due to slightly better price, quicker availability, and some prior history of working together. If it weren't for price/availability, I'd give a 5-star review here. Still, I'd definitely recommend Harts!

  Called to have them clean out a slow kitchen drain. Wouldn't give pricing over the phone. When the tech arrived I described the problem, showed where the cleanout was and he described his approach for dealing with the clog. I asked him what the price would be, and he said because we had used Drano the day before, the price was $800+, OR, it would be 100 bucks if we became members. It's a bait & switch scam, as the scheduler never mentioned the cost would be 8x more for nonmembers. Also, not sure how Drano is a problem that requires extra cost for nonmembers, but not for members. Pretty sleazy business model.
