- HChaengcha chong3 days ago2.0I must say I am very disappointed and upset with the Brennon air conditioning service. My air conditioner didn’t function well and I called in the Brennon to look into it. The technician said the refrigerant was low that there must be a leak. To find the leak he must add more refrigerant and inject dye. He will come back to check the line to spot the leak based on the leaked dye. He will then repair the leaking spot. I paid $1884.00 for the service fee. 3 weeks later another technician came to check the leak and said he couldn’t find the leak possibly because the leak blocking agent was added into the refrigerant that probably blocked the leak. After he left I checked in the internet AI what that blocking agent was. There was a yellow flag warning against using such leak stopping agent because it can produce a serious problem down the road. I am upset because the first technician never mentioned that he was using the cheap alternative with potential future problems instead of the real solution which is what I paid for. I must say I will never use Brennan again and I hope this review becomes a warning against other users.

Additionally, they found a blocked line on the discharge side of condenser collection system which caused the pump to overheat. They had a replacement pump in the truck allowing a speedy resolution to the issue. I really appreciated the skills and confidence displayed by Daniel. We have gone to Brennan for all hvac and electrical needs. They have competitive pricing and most importantly great communication skills.
