  Daniel Dunham and his assistant were the first technicians able to get my heat pump unit to stop making a terribly annoying humming noise. He took time and care to completely re-level the equipment and it fixed the problem. I couldn’t be more grateful!

  The technician, Austin, came to determine why our AC didn't work. Within moments he had it figured out. He kindly "educated" me how to easily disable the power for safety or for any reason we may want to be sure it won't inadvertently start. In addition to knowing his job, Austin is polite and kind. Thank you Ballard Gas for sending Austin.

  Replaced my furnace with a >$20k heat pump and was excited about BNGS going into the project and have spend 3 months so far disappointed. First, install was delayed by 2 weeks from the date sales initially told me. Install went relatively smooth , but then the issues started with one of the ductless units. A constant loud clicking sound from one of the ductless heads. A few weeks later someone came to “fix” the problem. 2 weeks after this “fix” it starts back up, I reached out to warranty this head but they wanted to try to “fix” it again. They stated their service manager was on vacation for the week and they would get back to me, I have been waiting for over a week and have heard nothing from their team. I am genuinely concerned about the other issues lurking that will undoubtedly appear after this (seemingly worthless) warranty period is over, and am considering hiring another team to do a full review of the work.

  We had a great experience getting mini splits with Ballard. We met with multiple company’s when looking for mini split installation and Ballard impressed us with both price and overall knowledge from the salesperson Tony. When we proceeded with them for install, we were scheduled for service that same week! Our technicians Nick, Juan and Otto were amazing. They communicated their plans super well and were super friendly and easy to work with. We look forward to continuing working with Ballard Natural Gas!
