- DTDolly TApr 21, 20265.0Responsive, flexible, and easy to work with from start to finish. They stayed on schedule and were quick to step in whenever we needed support. We did run into some stone dust in the driveway and garage after installation, but once we brought it up, they came back the very next day and took care of it without any hassle. The quality of the work really stands out. Our kitchen and bathroom countertops look excellent, and the installers were efficient, focused, and didn’t waste time. Pricing is fair and reasonable for the level of workmanship you get. The only thing I’d like to see is a wider selection of quartz options. Overall, a solid experience, and we’d definitely work with them again for future remodeling projects.

The lady working there didn't inspire much of anything either. Just a dud all around. Maybe the seattle location is better but this one was rough.

Betty is easy to work with and tried very hard to meet the customer's expectation. They are on budget, one time and one stop service. We highly recommend this business.

She worked with us on pricing, delivery, and was great to work with. I made the mistake of getting my cabinets unassembled, but quickly realized that the small fee for assembly and the drive to Tukwila was worth it. The guys at the warehouse assembled our cabinets quickly. Thanks Peri, and ABS for the good quality and GREAT customer service!
- PCPamela CrumpackerFeb 7, 20204.0Peri was helpful when she came to take measurements of our bathroom remodel. The cabinets we choose are first rate and high quality. The counter top was nice too. The workmen that came to install the countertop did not speak English and we had a hard time understanding each other. The problem was having our undermont sink installed when the workman did not want to do it this way. They had their own idea of how it should be done and this was a bit of a struggle. We did have the diagram with the installation instruction and pattern for them to follow. Our particular sink could be either an undermont or above the counter. I was about to cancel having the countertop installed that day and put off for another day until Peri did come to our home to help with the communication installation process. It is helpful for the consumer to have an idea of what you would like your remodel to look like before going. I would suggest bringing pictures of what you have in mind and show them what you like so that they can put your plan together. ABS was on time and they did deliver when they said they would. I would for sure have them come out to take pre and post measurements before the installation begins.
