  Jacob fixed my overhead door today. He explained what went wrong the first time, how it will be fixed, how to take care of it, and things I can do to make it function better. He used the "closed-loop communication" technique that we use in hospitals. I told him he'd be really good at running a code and would make a great surgeon.

  The folks at Vandergriend are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Darren and Brady did a top job installing a new garage door for us! Besides a garage door, we have ordered custom windows from Vandergriend in the past. Their prices are competitive and customer service keeps us going back.
