  New generator installation. Very professional and thorough. The project was done in a very timely fashion. Orientation regarding the functions of the generator was very informative and detailed. I would recommend these guys very highly.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was too frustrating not to share. I originally called this company just for routine maintenance on my HVAC unit to make sure everything was running well. When they arrived, they immediately pointed out an error code before even working on anything. I understand that wasn’t something they caused, but what followed was the issue. They came out five different times and kept replacing parts that didn’t fix the problem. It felt like guesswork, and I was invoiced multiple times with no resolution. At one point, I was told they would “make it right” and not charge me. I was asked to approve an invoice that showed $0, so I approved it thinking that was needed to process things through my warranty since my unit is only two years old. I later realized the notes included an estimate for a very expensive repair that she was actually wanting me to approve, which felt misleading and not transparent. I also left a message for the owner and never received a call back. I finally called another company, and they fixed the issue quickly. It was a super simple fix. The whole time, this did not require thousands of dollars in repairs. After reviewing my invoices, they also pointed out that some of the parts I was charged for didn’t appear to have been replaced. The new company didn’t charge me at all because of everything I had already gone through. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  He made some great changes and how we had our generator set up. His recommendation was a new generator, which is excellent first last service.

  We have used Renaud Electric for multiple electrical needs with very positive results and so we scheduled them to provide maintenance service for our HVAC system. The whole process from scheduling the time to our technician, Gary, performing the service was seamless and excellent. Gary did a great job and we appreciate it. We will happily continue to use Renaud for our electrical needs.
