  This is a liquidator for a reason; used products for a lower price. Lower, yes? Not the case here. I select an exterior door with a small opening for a glass insert. Just the door. $35. This part is fine. I am told that hanging the door costs $160 and then an additional charge for the glass and mullions. I am also told that the door will be hung in a week and that I will receive a phone call. I waited TWO AND A HALF WEEKS for this door, and when I called asking for an update they said “oh, there’s two doors ahead of you, we will do it tomorrow .” Tomorrow, convenient. I get a call this morning. My phone service is spotty at most. I am told that my door is ready and I say “awesome! Thank you.” The man on the phone says “I wasn’t finished” and the call fails. Okay? I go to pick up the door. I am charged $250 for a used door. A USED DOOR. I could’ve gotten a new door for $275 at Lowe’s. This company may be good for other things, but do NOT come here for doors. I am very disappointed in the service I received. These are laughable savings at best.
