Founded in 1985, ST Glass & Window Specialists (South Tacoma Glass Specialists) is an award-winning provider of residential, multi-family, and automotive glass, window, and door services and installations. We began our journey in Tacoma with just one truck and two employees in a small facility dedicated to auto glass and windshields. Over time, we expanded our offerings to include the servicing, repair, and replacement of residential windows and doors, with the ambition of becoming the leading residential glass company in Pierce County. Today, our reach extends throughout the Puget Sound, and we take pride in replacing, repairing, and installing a diverse range of glass, window and door products for homes, vehicles, cars, RVs, and trucks.

- DCDarlece ClevelandSep 25, 20265.0Todd came to give us an estimate on replacing 5 windows. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also sent us a timely estimate. Would definitely recommend.
- JTJ TSep 22, 20265.0The service was absolutely fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the price was very reasonable and cheaper than anyone in Pierce County . Enjoy your cup of coffee, and before it's even finished, they'll call out your name because the service has been completed to a very high standard. This is my third time visiting, I highly recommend them. I old give them more than 5 stars.
- EEErfon ElijahSep 16, 20261.0TLDR; if ST Glass makes a mistake on your window replacement, they will insist YOU pay for it. Full Story ST Glass was supposed to replace a cracked window in my parents' home. They sent a tech to inspect the window, sent us an estimate which I paid in full, then scheduled the work. Days before the work was to begin, they contacted us saying they misquoted us, and demanded we pay another 30% on top of the estimate we already paid. I was frustrated, but tried to work with them, I offered to split the additional cost, but they refused, demanding we pay them extra money or they'd cancel our paid contract. To reiterate, their tech fully inspected the window before providing us an estimate which we paid. Truly horrible customer service from ST Glass. They should have eaten the full amount of their mistake, which amounted to a couple hundred bucks, but wouldn't even cover a single cent of it when I tried to split the difference with them. They admitted this situation was 100% their mistake, but wanted 0% accountability.
- AAAnnabellSep 10, 20264.0Daniel and team did a great job replacing my 1980s Anderson glass window. Only two companies in town were able to service this window and it was very difficult to find the Snap bead. Installation was fairly smooth. There were some scheduling difficulties, I didn’t get regular updates and miscommunication with the parts status. . Otherwise, I would recommend ST glass.
