  We just got a heat pump installed and a new furnace, So I can't comment on the quality of the Bryant appliances yet. But Jared their electrician started off by asking if there were any electrical problems we had, and was able to swiftly figure out the root cause of our kitchen outlets not working, And was able to dumb down how the electrical parts (and that of the work they did) worked to me so I could understand it. Joshua was great too, They were both friendly and helpful. I had gotten a few other quotes beforehand and maysters was the best, Another company had quoted an extra $2,300 (despite that quote being adding an AC, Not a heat pump) unless we chose the "wait and save" option which entailed letting that company choose whatever day for installation they wanted in the next 6 months, Despite that it wouldve still been a few hundred dollars more than maysters. Another company never got back to us with a quote. Mayster was also the only company we got a quote from that offered a 10 year parts AND labor warranty, Whereas the other companies all offered 10 years parts but only 1 year labor. Being a skeptical person I was suspicious about the potential fine print on the warranty (sounding too good to be true) but reading over it it was pretty clear, And they were able to answer any questions I had about it. We're satisfied with the service and would use Mayster again.

David and his team truly care about providing a great customer experience and go above and beyond. It's clear they take pride in their heating and cooling service and stand behind the quality of their work. They genuinely put customers first!

  I had a great experience with Mayster Heating and Air! The service was excellent from start to finish. The crew was punctual, professional, friendly, and very respectful of our home. They did a great job keeping everything clean throughout the installation. They installed two mini-split systems and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They were also incredibly helpful in getting me connected with a grant through Tacoma Public Utilities, which made a huge difference for me. I really appreciated them taking the time to help us navigate that process. Overall, I'm very happy with the work and the customer service. I would definitely recommend Mayster Heating and Air to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and friendly HVAC company!

  I purchased my heat pump through Mayster Heating & Air, and overall, I had a very good experience. Their installation team did a great job. Kaleb and Chase were the main technicians, and Jared and Nikita were the electricians. The installation team had to come to my place twice. During the first visit, they realized that the initial installation plan wasn’t going to work due to some structural difficulties. They took the necessary precautions and contacted their manager, Adriel, who is also a terrific technician. Adriel immediately came over to my place, and the five members of the installation team worked together to come up with a new plan that was better suited to my home’s structure. When the team returned for the second visit, they worked hard to make sure everything was installed properly. We also had a slight misunderstanding regarding my HOA’s requirements. It turned out that some of my HOA requirements had not been communicated to the installation team beforehand. We contacted Adriel again, and together we worked out a new plan that ended up working perfectly with my HOA’s requirements. I also had some questions about electrical issues I’ve been having at home that were unrelated to the heat pump installation. Jared was really kind and took the time to help me look into them before the team wrapped up. While there was a communication issue with my HOA requirements, the sales person I worked with was responsive whenever I reached out to him about any questions or concerns I had. I also had a good experience with their customer service team. I spoke with Ester and Tailor, and both were helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. I really appreciate the installation team’s hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail. I felt that I could trust this team to do a quality job. I’m very happy with the installation itself, and I especially appreciate Kaleb, Chase, Jared, Nikita, and Adriel for their hard work and dedication.
