  Kaleb, Justin, and David did an outstanding job removing our old furnace and installing our new furnace with a heat pump system. From start to finish, their work was efficient, professional, and done with incredible attention to detail. We had five different companies come out for quotes, and Mayster was by far the BEST choice. The quality of work and overall experience truly set them apart—they did an amazing job. What really impressed us was how clean and seamless everything looked when they were done, especially outside. You would never even know any work had been done there! They took great care to leave everything neat and spotless, which we truly appreciated. Our new system is working perfectly. The furnace and heat pump run great, and we can already notice a big improvement in comfort. From Tyler, the salesman, to Ester in the office, everyone we interacted with was amazing. The entire team at Mayster is professional, friendly, and clearly committed to excellent service. A special thank you to the owner for building such an amazing team, it truly shows in the quality of work and customer care we experienced. Kaleb, Justin, and David were polite, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them and Mayster to anyone looking for top-quality HVAC work!   Excellent service! Ken, at Mayster was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and on time. He took time to show me battery placement, and pictures of a small issue with our HVAC. I was also impressed with the scheduling coordinator. Extremely pleasant and easy to work with… I’ve definitely not experienced that at other companies. Great pricing, too. I highly recommend Mayster Heating and Air.

  The system that was installed didn't fit in the existing closet. We were not expecting to see all the components it's a eye sore. They said they would build a door to enclose the system, no one is communicating with us as to what is going on with the door. Very disappointed.

  We recently had a disappointing experience with Mayster Heating & Air. We scheduled service for our two AC units and were quoted $600 for what was described as “annual maintenance.” Naturally, we assumed this would include basic cleaning and upkeep. However, after the visit, we were told that cleaning would cost an additional $1,300. It turns out the “maintenance” we paid for was essentially just a diagnostic, confirming that the units were functioning, which we already knew. This was especially frustrating given that we’ve spent nearly $40,000 with this company over the past two years on new system installations. For loyal customers, this felt like a lack of transparency and very little value for the price. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to look elsewhere for future service.
