  I chose Stars and Strips through an internet search and I’m sure glad that I did because today’s visit by their superstar Plumbing Technician (Sylas Pelayo) was first class. Honestly I can’t remember the last time I have experienced such incredible service. I had several items that needed to be addressed and everything was completed perfectly. Sylas was very thorough and professional throughout the entire process and I will definitely be asking for him personally next time I am in need of a plumber.   This is such a wonderful company. They truly go above and beyond in their service. They really care about their customers. We had a leak in our crawl space and they came the same day that I had called. Not only that, but they fixed the all the problems that we had that same day even though it meant that they had to stay a bit later to do so. We had a leak in our shower drain and tons of condensation in our crawl space due to a dryer vent issue, plus our main shut off valve didn't work properly. All of that was fixed by them in one day. I couldn't be more pleased. They were honest, hard working, very nice, and had fair prices. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. It's very hard to find a company like this these days, so I'm so pleased to have found them.
