  Needed to have my electrical and plumbing checked out after buying a home, as well as having duct cleaning done. Capital was easy to schedule with and the techs all arrived within their scheduled windows. Austin (electric), Tom (plumbing), and Savannah (hvac) all did an amazing job and were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions. Special shout out to Scott Terry for giving me a call to go over some additional issues I was having. I'll definitely be hiring them again.

  Tech Jesse arrived on time and was professional. Inspected equipment and changed filter. Tested system and found auxiliary heat strips was not functioning. Connected the heat strips properly and answered all my questions. Extremely happy with service. No charge under the maintenance program enrolled.

  Exceptional work and price compared to another quote from another company. The other company estimate was $16k for an AC condenser unit made by Goodman. They never even discussed PSE rebate which should have been communicated with me. Capital went through all the rebates and we ended up going with a Trane side discharge heat pump unit for $9400. They were prompt and completed the install in the time promised. Always get at least 3 quotes from reputable HVAC companies and you’ll probably find that Capital is the best HVAC company in the Olympia and Tumwater area.

  You send a guy out that clearly has no idea what he's doing. He came last week and was nice enough but clearly was unqualified. He told me, "I need to go see if we have the parts. If you don't hear from me in about 30 minutes have a good weekend." Heard nothing. Thought it was ok. Apparently your company had talks with my landlord about getting it fixed after this first visit. I thought it was a simple parts issue. WRONG. He came back this week sat on the edge of the bathtub and took everything apart while watching YouTube videos about how to fix the bathtub. During both visits he would talk to someone on the phone or return to his truck multiple times and then come back inside. Only this time he didn't give a warning about leaving. He just walked downstairs and took off. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. No I won't talk to you guys or give names. You do the work internally to figure this out and talk to my landlord. He's the one cutting the check to you guys and you owe him better.

  We hired Capital to do some work on the shower control mechanism and the bathroom sink faucet and plumbing to the faucet which involved adding and replacing some parts. Dylan was the plumber. He did an excellent job from start to finish. He explained what issues he ran into and what he did to address them so everything worked properly. He was prepared and had the parts he needed on-hand to finish the job without delays. Dylan was friendly and went above and beyond. He got here on time and accomplished all the tasks that were planned. They provided the cost for the job up-front so there were no surprises. I would definitely hire Dylan/the company again for any other plumbing work needed in the future. A very positive experience!
