  Capitol was able to squeeze us into schedule for quick service call; Showed up as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem and hard parts to resolve it. Was also able to replace an old non-functioning outside light.

  Today, Shawn Nicholson performed an inspection and maintenance check-up on our electric furnace. Shawn is a great representative for your company: he is personable, informative, a great communicator and educator! He patiently and helpfully explained what he found about the state of our 25+ year furnace and how we could easily improve its performance with a more appropriate filter. He also showed us how to safely install a new filter. It was pretty amazing how much he helped us in a very short amount of time. You're lucky to have him on your crew! Thank you Shawn.

  Excellent from start to finish. Shane put together a high quality system at a competitive price. I didn't feel I was being oversold or taken advantage of. Jose and the crew arrived on time, were friendly and professional. The crew completed the job well within the time promised. They accommodated my request to paint out the area where the furnace was going to be installed. They also worked quietly so as not to disturb a one month old baby. At the end of the job they explained the system and did a thorough clean-up. Highly recommend Capital for your HVAC needs.

  I had an excellent experience with Capital Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric from start to finish. I recently had a new heating and cooling system installed in my home, along with duct cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Capital. Kai was great to work with during the sales process. She was knowledgeable, communicated everything clearly, and helped me choose a premium system that was the right fit for my home without ever making me feel pressured. The installation crew, Ethan, Erik, and Chase, did an outstanding job. They were professional, polite, efficient, and respectful of my home. Scott, the electrician, was also great to have around—he was friendly, fun, and kept us laughing with his jokes while getting everything taken care of. The whole crew made what could have been a stressful project an easy and enjoyable experience. Capital was also able to get me scheduled quickly, and the entire installation went very smoothly. I also had my ducts cleaned by Danika and Savannah, who were equally professional, friendly, and thorough. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Everyone showed up when expected, and the quality of the work and equipment exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that Capital takes pride in both their work and their customer service. I’m extremely happy with my new system and the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend Capital to anyone looking for a heating and cooling company. Five stars all around!

  First, we just bought our first house and wanted our ducting cleaned. I scheduled the appt and was pleasantly surprised to have 2 females show up for me. I immediately felt at ease- something I didn’t realize I was nervous about and I don’t know if they planned it or not, but based on the way the rest of the appt went, my bet is they DID plan it and I appreciate it! Second, they were friendly, professional and efficient. We had one minor hiccup throughout the process, but they were very good about explaining everything to me. I can’t say enough about this experience. From scheduling, to communication and end result, 10/10. We need to have more work done in the future and will 100% be calling them! Also- most reasonable price around!
