They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and treated our home with great care.   Super pleased with the work. Very professional; kept me informed during the entire process. Kept things clean and tidy. Had all the equipment for testing mold presence and removal. I felt very well taken care of during a stressful time.Infomed, friendly and efficient.

  It was such a stress-free experience working with RestoPros of Greater Puget Sound! The team carefully and cleanly cut a 2x2 inspection area, conducted mold testing, and quickly identified the source of the leak. Communication throughout the process was transparent, and everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and polite. They also helped coordinate and communicate with our insurance company, which made the entire process even easier and less stressful. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Ravi, who was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about addressing our concerns. We truly appreciated the excellent service and professionalism. Highly recommend RestoPros of Greater Puget Sound!

  We had a water leak emergency and the team led by Shahid, Scott & Benji helped us right away. They not only diagnosed the issue quickly with state of the art instruments but remediated with urgency to get us back to normal within couple of days. They checked in frequently, kept the work space impeccably clean and guided us on potential options to remodel. They were genuine, empathetic and clinical in their approach. Even offered to deal with insurance. This is Welcome change in the construction industry. Keep up the great work ! Highly Recommend !!!! Bb
