  I am grappling with high water usage / bills at our place in North Bend and have been engaged with the city for over 6 months and have hired several plumbers and leak companies to try and find the source of the water leakage. The companies we hired previously did a basic shut off / turn off test monitoring the meter and did not go to the depths of even trying to diagnose where issue could be internally. Then we came across RestoPros and described our prior experience and the high usage issue to them. Scott and Benji, their crew members came the same day and did a very thorough inspection using thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters going 1 room and washroom at a time as well as doing a thorough inspection in the crawl space. They provided us with a detailed report with some water damage along with minor steps to remedy them. This is the level of detail we were looking for from an inspection! I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family members should they need to avail similar services. Finally the thing that made a lasting impression was they themselves told me DIY tips to remedy issues and to observe conditions without upselling me anything. I am very pleased with their professionalism and honest work ethics.

  Shahid and team showed up on time, assessed the damage thoroughly, and walked us through what needed to be done without any pressure. Thankfully the water leak issue we had turned out to be a minor one, but the team provided free assessment and proactively confirmed that there was no visible damage. You could immediately tell they really care about doing quality work and treating your home with respect and everone on the team is super knowledgeable. They explained the remediation steps clearly and honestly. I will be using thier services if a need arises in future and recommending them to family and friends.

  There was a water leak from our shower, and since we were already remodeling it, I wanted to make sure there wasn't any hidden water damage elsewhere in the house. RestoPros arranged an inspection, and the technicians were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly to both my wife and me. Fortunately, they didn't find any major damage, and they even treated a couple of small, suspected mold spots as a precaution at no additional charge. The entire experience gave us great peace of mind. I highly recommend RestoPros for their honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
