  Heres my experience. We have a flat roof section that was only a few years old and supposedly still under warranty. When it started leaking, the original company came out, took a quick look, and told us everything was “fine.” But the leak kept getting worse, and it was pretty clear something wasn’t right. I found out about David through my neighbor and he came out to take a look. He spotted the problem almost immediately — something the other company completely missed. He explained it in a way that actually made sense, showed me exactly where the issue was, and then fixed it on the spot. The part that really surprised me was the cost. He only charged a small amount, honestly less than I expected. It felt like he was just trying to help rather than take advantage of the situation. The roof has been solid ever since.

  David reached out after finishing our roof and asked if I could share some feedback on his new business. I'm happy to. The entire process was smooth. He gave us a detailed quote upfront, and thats exactly what we paid. His team was punctual and got the job done on time. They also made sure to clean up the worksite each day which I appreciated. The roof looks solid and the workmanship is what was expected. Any time I had a question, David was easy to reach available to answer. It was a professional no-fuss experience from start to finish. Would use him again if I needed his services.
