    We had an issue with our Generac generator. Tim came and did troubleshooting on the issue and resolved it quickly. Tim was very knowledgeable and patient with myself and my wife as he explained everything he did and educated at the same time.

    Tim, Kainen, and Levi came out and were amazing. We lifted the generator over top of the house with a crane and got the install done in scheduled time. Top tier customer service thank you guys!!

    I cannot recommend this company based on my recent experience. After they serviced our backup generator, our air conditioning stopped working immediately afterward. Since then, my husband and I have tried repeatedly to reach someone for support, but we have been unable to get through to a real person. All calls go to an automated system, and we have left at least three voicemails with no response. I also emailed the address provided on our invoice and did not receive a reply. It has been disappointing to receive no follow‑up or assistance after the initial service appointment. Reliable customer support is essential, and unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Based on this, we would not use their services again or recommend them.

    A year ago, we invested in a new whole-house natural-gas generator. The people I worked with at WA Generators were knowledgeable, patient in explaining things, completely professional, and always pleasant to work with. This started with Cory, the sales guys, who answered all of my many questions; continued with the install crew, who coordinated process very clearly; included the office staff; and most recently the maintenance guys who very politely and efficiently came, checked in, did his work, and was on his way. This is how all businesses should operate and interact with their clients. On top of all this, their fee was very competitive, even compared to a single-shingle electrician.
