My Generac unit started flashing lights and generating multiple error codes. Codey was super helpful and shared what he was checking sequentially as he went through the whole process. Ultimately, he checked the oil, removed some minor crud from the oil sensor, and identified and replaced the fuel valve under warranty. Great experience, and strongly recommend Codey and WG!!!

Washington Generators did the first annual servicing of my Generac 14kw standby generator. Jose came well within the scheduled 2-hour arrival window & was both friendly & professional. While conducting the service, he found & fixed a gas leak in my generator's piping. He also painted 2 couplings that had begun to rust so they wouldn't rust further. After completing the servicing, Jose asked for & answered questions about generator status lights & showed me how to restart the generator should the gas & electric company ever need to turn it off to do other work. I appreciate Jose's excellent service & have arranged for Washington Generators to handle my future service needs.

We use Generac Generator at our store location in Tukwila. They periodically come in to service/maintain it. The last guy that did the service's name is Justin, nice, polite and very professional. Some outfit came to work on our Ice Machine and tripped the alarm in the Generator box. It was weekend, the phone number on the service panel only offers Emergency Service. I looked in my phone and found Justin (Generac Tech). I reluctantly called, apologizing for bothering him on his day off, but asked if he could help me reset the alarm. Same polite, helpful Justin on the other end telling me "No worries, I'll walk you thru". it took maybe 10-15 minutes of me sending him a pic of the panel, him telling me which arrows and buttons to push. Bingo, the alarm went silent. I thanked him profusely. This type of a person with that kind of personality and people skills, I don't care where you work, you'll be successful at wherever customer service skills are needed. Kudos to this company for employing Justin. Being in the service industry for over 35 years, I will always take the time out to recognize people who just blow me away. Thank you again Justin for kindly helping us out on your own time.
