Then purchased our own EV and they installed it for us. Very helpful, very prompt and they were able to expedite the service for us. Very happy with my choice and much less stressed having a charger at home!

The craftsmanship of the install was sub par and definitely looks like they were going for speed over quality. I would expect that if the pricing was cheap but it wasn’t. The final electrician (Tim) sent out to do the owner training and try to clean up a few quality items was good. He tried his best to put lipstick on a pig. He knew his trade and the product. More training and pushing a better QA/QC process for initial install needs improvement.

Both technicians sent out were professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Jose and Quincy. They completed their work in a timely manner, and I am very satisfied with the results.
