  My experience with NW Builder Group was positive. Pricing: 5. They used the software that matches the price with my insurance, so no pricing issues were found. Quality: 4. The work was done as per requested, nothing was missing. They matched the paint and used the tiles as requested. There were some minor blemishes. Process: 4. Most of the process was very smooth. They came to my doorstep to take payment. The project manager could have communicated a bit more frequently with updates on the schedule, and let me know ahead of time regarding work being done.

  They are excellent on communication. Excellent pricing and excellent service. I couldn't ask for a better professional team. Easy to get a hold of. Work is top notch quality. I have already started recommending this company.

  Im sure their work is good but their drivers are texting on the freeway and endangering others in a company vehicle or one clearly labeled one, representing the organization. If thata acceptable or normal then may be some other ethical issues.

  NW Builders did a phenomenal job putting our house back together, rebuilding two baths and a home office and making things better than new! Thx to Erick and his crew, and Brian for working with excellence at pace!

  I had a water leak which caused extensive damage. I was new to the process as it was my first insurance claim for my house. NW Builders submitted an estimate for the restoration which was approved by the insurance company. They helped to facilitate all repairs and things moved forward in a reasonable time frame. When the job was completed, everything was as good or better than how the house was before the leak and there were no changes to the original estimate. Parker was the project manager and was usually timely in returning phone calls and answering questions. His guidance was very helpful since I wasn’t familiar with the process. I definitely recommend NW Builders.
