- APAdam PAug 11, 20265.0Kevin Egger did a fantastic job! He came out and gave us a second opinion from another HVAC company. The first HVAC company was trying to hard sell us on replacing the whole HVAC system for more than $13,000 and didn’t even get the A/C running. Kevin came over and checked everything out. He was able to get the system running and recommended some simple maintenance items that would mitigate the risk of the evaporator coil icing over again. Would recommend Kevin 100%.

They got to our home in a little over than 1/2 hour from the time I called in the office. Nick was here within 20 minutes of when he called and said he was coming! He worked so hard to get our unit back up and working, everything he came up against he had a solution for within minutes. I have never been so pleased in my whole life with a company that cared so much about me and my comfort as your company did. Thank you! He worked so hard. He had to go up and down 15 stairs I think at least 20 times if not more and he had the energy to do it! I just can’t say enough good things about your service man, Nick as I’m trying to express to you right now. Give this man a raise he deserves it 100%. While he was here, he went over everything and made sure everything was working and I had a question or two on how to reset the thermostat and he took the time and even helped me with that. This man deserves a bouquet of five dozen roses if not more. Thank you, thank you thank you. Thank you to Nick and thank you for the dispatcher that helped get us on the books for the very same day. I called in. You’re all a great team. Thank you. Darin and Charlene Campbell. One more thing, we did not have to pay anything because it was a new system that had a silly glitch in it. So the questions below do not really work as far as how much did we pay.
