- BSBruce Slade5 days ago5.0Brenda was the tech that was sent out to troubleshoot my wayward mini-split. The problem ended up being corrosion of the copper tubing under the insulation from the outside unit to the indoor portion which caused loss of coolant over time. A very thorough troubleshooter!
- BSBE Slade5 days ago5.0Kevin did a super job getting my mini-split up and running. The issue centered around corrosion and pin hole leaks in the copper tubing lines from the outside compressor to the inside unit. Time consuming and attention to detail. I’m very happy with his work!!!

Brenda with Jacobs & Rhodes was able to come out sooner than expected and found the problem right away, a fuse had gone bad. She was able to do our 6 month maintenance a little early so that we weren’t charged an extra service fee so just the cost of the new fuse! Things are running nice and cool now!

- JBJeff BartlettApr 30, 20265.0Jacob and Rhoades is the best HVAC servicer in town. Brenda was awesome today getting our system all tuned up for the summer haul!!. Before we landed on Jacob and Rhoades we would have other servicers come out for a tune up and they would continually upsell from their "spring tune-up" special and $129 would end up running $700 for a pound or two of freon. J&R consistently arrives on time, conducts the maintenance professionally and we pay exactly what they quote. We realize this is not always the case but when they do recommend something not included in the maintenance, their pricing is always reasonable. Highly recommend!!
