He quickly diagnosed the issue as low Freon. After discussing the our options, he tracked down the leak, fixed it and recharged our system. He accomplished this is a little more than a hour the same day we called! Outstanding service. Carter was friendly, professional and diligent about keeping us informed as to the status. We have been customers of Jacobs and Rhodes for many years and have always been happy with their work. We highly recommend them.
