- JSJennifer SieversAug 25, 20265.0I had a great experience with CS Floors from beginning to end! Ed Murillo was our project manager and he was very knowledgeable and candid. He educated us without being pushy or trying to upsell. I feel confident that that carpet and pad I picked out is just right for us. The installation was great too! Good communication throughout and they completed 4 bedrooms, closets and hallways in one day. I'm so happy with the flooring! I will recommend CS Floors to my family, friends, and real estate clients!
- JBJeb BakerJul 25, 20265.0Purchased a new carpet from Clint at CS floors. The process was seamless and we are extremely happy with the installation
- MSMaddy SchreiterJul 8, 20265.0My mom and I went into the CS floors show room looking for floor inspiration and met TJ, who turned out to be so lovely and helpful! He was extremely patient, kind, detail oriented, and communicative throughout the process of replacing the floors throughout majority of my parents’ house. We would all recommend TJ & CS floors to ANYONE!
- SLSarah LauridsonJul 1, 20265.0We are thrilled with our carpet that was recently installed. The project managers at the showroom got me up to speed on the features to consider when choosing products so I felt knowledgeable to choose not only a beautiful design but the right product for our space and usage. The installation of our carpet with a large pattern repeat is flawless and looks amazing. The team at CS met a tight timeline for us AND accommodated a schedule hiccup on our end. We would absolutely return for other flooring needs in the future.
- TGTodd GendreauJun 3, 20265.0We had beautiful wide plank red oak flooring installed by CS Floors a little while back and ran into a slight issue that needed some follow up. I want to be clear, it was not their fault at all, but how a company handles a hiccup tells you everything about who they are, and Dennis and his team knocked it out of the park. They were on it right away, walked us through our options clearly, kept us in the loop the whole time, and never once made us feel like we were a burden. They just took care of us, plain and simple. You can tell this isn't just a business to Dennis, he genuinely cares about his customers and it shows in how he and his staff show up. The flooring itself is absolutely stunning and we get compliments on it constantly. If you're looking for a flooring company that does beautiful work and actually stands behind it, look no further. We cannot recommend CS Floors highly enough.
