  I had a wonderful experience with buying carpet from CS Floors. TJ was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in the door, and was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. CS Floors offers a nice variety of flooring with a range of fair pricing, including high end carpet you won’t find elsewhere in Gig Harbor. My beautiful carpet was installed flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for amazing service and better quality flooring than the big box stores, be sure to check them out!

  Our new carpet was installed this week!! Clint was absolutely wonderful to work with, from the beginning looking through all the carpets, explaining the differences, coming out to our home to measure and bring samples. This was the best home improvement we have experienced, seamless! The installation was fantastic, highly skilled and very professional, would recommend to anyone!!

  A friend recommended CS Floors to my wife and I for our carpet replacement project. We set up a time to go to the Gig Harbor showroom. TJ met with us and assisted us with carpet selection. We left the showroom with a scheduled appointment for an in home estimate and with several sample boards of the carpets we liked to compare with the colors and lighting in our home. TJ arrived on time for the estimate appointment. We identified the carpet we selected and TJ completed the measurements for the estimate. TJ promptly completed the estimate and sent it to us we selected the options and TJ updated the estimate that day and we processed acceptance and handled the down payment online that day. The carpet order arrived on time (approx 2wks). The scheduler called to make the installation appointment promptly when the carpet arrived and they were able to schedule the installation within 1 week. Our new beautiful carpet was installed within 3 weeks of placing the order. The installers arrived at the scheduled time and were professional. They completed installation on time. There was only one minor additional expense to trim some of the doors due to the higher pile of the new carpet. TJ had discussed this during the estimate so we knew ahead of time could happen. Great and quick service! CS floors provides a large variety of flooring as well as counter tops. I definitely recommend them for carpet and I expect they would provide the same great service for the other services they provide.

  I worked with TJ to help select my hardwood floors. He gave me several samples to bring back to my home, and ordered additional to be delivered directly to my home. We selected a wide plank white oak and they turned out gorgeous. Very easy company to work with and delivered a quality project from start to finish.
