I want to be clear, it was not their fault at all, but how a company handles a hiccup tells you everything about who they are, and Dennis and his team knocked it out of the park. They were on it right away, walked us through our options clearly, kept us in the loop the whole time, and never once made us feel like we were a burden. They just took care of us, plain and simple. You can tell this isn't just a business to Dennis, he genuinely cares about his customers and it shows in how he and his staff show up. The flooring itself is absolutely stunning and we get compliments on it constantly. If you're looking for a flooring company that does beautiful work and actually stands behind it, look no further.
