During that time we have had many the pleasure of doing business at your Gig Harbor location many times and through 3 home remodels. I personally have been in Retail customer service for 50 years so I know what to expect and how I want to be treated. During my years I have sent in several reviews for negative experiences but I do not recall ever sending in a positive experience. Recently I had a special order of base molding for our current project. When it arrived there was noticeable damage from shipping from the distributor to Builders firstsource. The loaders in the yard were the first to bring it to my attention. I decided to send in pictures of the damage and was told to bring this to the attention of (Troy Smith). VIA Email I contacted Troy and his attention to my issues were phenomenal! He was prompt in his response and provided me with replacements pieces plus. Then he had it delivered to my home! I was amazed at how over the top he was in his customer service, he really reached for the high bar on this one. Thank you Troy and all the other employee's who made this a positive experience.
