  My family’s experience with Charlie’s was wonderful start to finish. We had split units put in. Instead of just providing us with an estimate for the work they educated us on how it all works and helped us decide what direction we went in. They didn’t try to upsell anything. They were transparent with pricing and worked with our schedule. The crew was on time each day and very friendly towards my family and pets. They did great finishing work and kept the work areas tidy. Before they left, they showed us how to use and care for the equipment. I highly recommend this company for any work you need in your home.

  We hired Charlie's after getting many different quotes from local companies for a heat pump install and HVAC system replacement/new ducting. We had a funky home heating system and needed someone who could help us navigate the logistics of it. Joe was the guy! Super knowledgeable and willing to LISTEN to us and not just push us towards a sale. Charlie's offered us very competitive pricing and easy, quick scheduling and top notch communication. Charlie's team was always on time, courteous, professional and left no trace that they'd been working in our home at the end of each day. We have recommended them to friends already and will continue to do so! We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

  Charlie’s team is exceptional. I hired them to put in a heat pump, replace furnace for backup, install a new hot water heater, and upgrade my electrical panel. I took 3 quotes for this and based on the job description, Charlie’s quote was completely reasonable. Based on the work delivered I think I got an incredible deal. The work as scoped was done well and everything works , but it’s the little details that really impressed me. -for the electrical panel, there were a lot of extra considerations for an EV charger and hot tub pad. The electrician Bryan was able to accommodate everything needed and made some adjustments to how things were laid out that will make life much easier in the future - the water heater was connected to some copper pipes that had less-than-stellar repairs. One of the technicians, Mike, went ahead and installed a short new run on pipe that was custom welded. There was no extra charge - Mike just went ahead and handled it because it was the best way to install -the team installed a tray on the side of the furnace to hold all of the manufacturer instructions and job paperwork. Some homeowners are great about keeping all of their documents together, I am not, so this was a nice little quality of life add on. If anything goes haywire I know exactly where to look for manuals and warranty -during the quoting process, I was told by some other vendors they refused to quote certain things (like tankless water heaters). Buddy, who produced the quote, was willing to build a handful of quoting options. I’m sure he knew that tankless was not viable (specific circumstances to my home) but he still gave me all of the information to make a decision -Joe, the company owner, was super communicative with scheduling and we had a SNAFU with PSE, Joe was quick to put the pressure on them so we could get the job complete before the summer heat waves - the heat pump is under my deck and they added some power outlets. Not required but it’s going to make my life very convenient in the future Miscellaneous pictures attached. I recommend this team whole heartedly and whether it’s this house or when I move in the future, if they service my area, they are go-to for my heating, cooling, and electrical

  Such an amazing team! They worked so well together, worked well with us, and explained everything. They came back the next day and walked through all the tech stuff with us.
