  My old shed had a fire and required replacement. My insurance "representativeS" totally messed up my schedule by losing documentation and caused my claim to drag on & on for 6+ months. I am an owner of a 26 year old service business for the last 16 years, with 45 years of experience, and considered quite picky. Scott, at Tuff Sheds, was better than great, informing me of all my options and being very patient and professional. There was a slight glitch with the tear down, removal, and replacement that I had informed him about. Scott assured me everything would remain on schedule, and true to his word, the operation went smoother than I ever expected. Considering all of the above, the shed is perfect and very high quality. That includes the crew that performed the task. The old adage, "you get what you pay for", seems to be the motto at Tuff Sheds. Both regarding product quality and service expectations. I highly recommend Tuff Sheds. Thank you, Scott, for a very positive experience!

  This is the second shed I ordered and both experience's were spot on. I designed the shed online using the website. I received a follow up call quickly that allowed me to ask questions and understand more fully what I wanted and did not want for the shed. The price is fair since I could not get the materials and do it myself for less. There is literally no hassle. Once ordered I was told an install date and time and what I needed to do to be ready. They showed up when they said they would and finished the entire install in 3 hours. The shed is stick built but they do it at the factory prior to arrival. That means the walls go up quickly and are then fastened together on site. The first coat of paint is already on the walls. The final step prior to the second coat of paint is the roof installation that is done like any roof, plywood, paper, shingles, flashing, etc. I highly recommend Tuff Shed.

  It was great working with the Everett team to get my tuff shed. Scott in particular was very helpful and professional. I’m extremely happy with the experience and finally getting my shed! Would highly recommend.

  We just had a 16 x 22 foot shed installed on our property from Tuff Shed and I must tell you that we are beyond thrilled with the end result and the entire process. It's always a little scarry investing this level of money into your home so we were being very mindful and careful on who we wanted to work with. Finding the perfect shed took a lot of ground work as we wanted to be able to see it before we purchased. When we found Scott at the Everett location of Tuff Shed, we were able to get ALL of our questions answered and Scott helped us design the perfect shed for us. Even helped us with the custom stair well that we wanted. The communication from Tuff Shed and their schedulers was absolutely perfect. They kept in communication via text phone or email and I never felt out of the loop. I want to commend the installation team! Jorge and his partner spend 3 days on our property building our shed. The level of professionalism and their attention to detail made the process so enjoyable and not stressful. They asked questions along the way to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. They even spent time teaching us ways to care for and keep our shed in it's best shape. They were tidy as they worked and always left our property cleaned up, they were so respectful. I highly reccommend Tuff Shed Everett and their entire team and crew. We could not be happier with our purchase.

  Not sure yet if we will buy one. But came to the show room after communicating with Scott. I'll say that I'm very comfortable that Scott knows his sheds. He's very aware of options, the products, the pricing, lead times, and even local requirements, and enough historical recommendations of what works and what doesn't. If any questions, Scott is the guy. He'll tell you what's what and why.
