- JSJorge alexander SaquicJul 28, 20261.0I had a terrible experience with this place. I ordered a part, and they told me they would order it and that I could pick it up on Monday. I showed up on Monday, only to be told that the part had never been ordered and there was nothing for me. I had already confirmed the job with my customer, who was waiting on that part, so this made me look completely unprofessional. They wasted my time and cost me money because of their lack of responsibility. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional. If negative stars were an option, that's what I would give them. I do not recommend this place.
- DBDylan BunchJul 1, 20261.0Honestly just called this location as we are a national vendor of Platt/Rexel and have a huge partnership with them. Upon asking if the branch manager was available, the man I was talking to told me he wasn’t. I asked if he was going to be in tomorrow and he said he would be and I asked who I would need to ask for, to which he replied “no”. I then asked if his name was “no” to which apparently the person decided was worth hanging up on me for. This is the second interaction I’ve had with this location that wasn’t positive and at this point I’d probably just recommend going elsewhere. Found out the guy that hung up on me is Arvy and is the assistant branch manager. What great service! I’ll be reaching out to Todd about that.
