  I would like to share my positive experience with Comfort Alliance and technician Anton Kondelyuk. Anton arrived within the promised 30-minute time frame and kept me informed about his arrival. He was professional, polite, and took the time to explain what needed to be done, how the process would work, and the terms and conditions before and after the service.   Reylli cleaned out mini-split system and explained everything thoroughly. He was professional, courteous and did a great job. We have no complaints at all and very satisfied with the work he did.

  I could not be more pleased with the entire experience with Home Comfort Alliance. I called due to my heat pump system not working. The call receiver, Tonya, was very kind and helpful. She told me the next appointment was the following week, but told me she would send out a message to all the dispatchers with the company to put me as a priority since we were heading into a hot weekend. A short time later Cheryl called me and said she had a cancellation and could get someone out today. Allen showed up at the house early in the time frame. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the system up and running. He explained the issue and took steps to make sure it did not happen again by showing me how to do some preventative maintenance. He answered my questions and gave me several tips. The cost was lower than I thought it was going to be and my house is cool and comfortable again. I would highly recommend this company.

  Allen fixed my AC on Tuesday and then came out Wednesday for routine maintenance. He made suggestions and explained my options for things like the old UV lamp replacement since the bulb is end of life but a new bulb is very expensive. He let me watch and learn, and answered all of my questions. I enjoy seeing the passion and expertise of a tradesman who is really good at their job. Hopefully I won't have to see him for a year until the next maintenance visit, but I look forward to it.

  Did a thorough job on my house AC - good communiction and all that. Unfortunately though I was having problems with a separate minisplit system I have in another area of my house and I called them out to look at it. Was charged $180 for the <5 minute visit but told they were unable to work on it because it was not one of 3 brands of AC they work on. I think its reasonable that they only work on 3 high end brands - but they should have mentioned that in the up front booking. Also considering I had spent $5k on them fixing my main house AC 2 months earlier, I think it would have been reasonable for them to waive the callout fee for the minisplit they wouldn't work on - but they didn't.
