- MWMartin WongAug 7, 20265.0I had a great experience with Greenwood Heating, thanks to Ryan Heatath. My AC’s hose connector developed a crack and was leaking water badly. Another technician told me there was no way to fix it and that I would need to replace the entire panel, which would have cost around $3,000. What was especially frustrating was that they didn’t even try to find an alternative solution. Then Ryan came to take a look. He carefully inspected the issue and found a simple and creative solution: replacing the clamp and moving the hose slightly deeper. The problem was fixed, and I didn’t need to replace the entire panel! Ryan was friendly, professional, honest, and took the time to explain the issue and his solution in detail. I really appreciate his customer obsession and willingness to think outside the box rather than simply recommending an expensive replacement. Because of Ryan, I will definitely recommend Greenwood Heating to my friends and family. Greenwood, please give Ryan a raise or promotion — he truly deserves it! They have replaced our furnace, installed A/C and taken care of a variety of other jobs. The tech we had today, Eddie McNaughton, was by far the best! Eddie explained the process extensively, uncovered potential future failures, and ensured that we both had our questions answered and had a functioning system for years to come. If there is a way to request him in the future, I will and highly recommend him. I continue to have positive experiences with Greenwood, despite their prices being above market. Their staff always makes the premium worth it.
