  We called they came next day , they have a tier system that they charge you , which he went up a tier for more money, then he asked if we wanted it fixed today and had a extra charge for that, it drained our pocket for two simple things done, I don’t. Recommend this company!! A water. On off valve replaced and a sink drain air so the sink will drain , charged 2300.

  Sheldon was my service provider. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was also very patient while explaining the situation to me as I had previously had another (non-Apollo) plumber in who had given me contradicting and confusing information. Sheldon took the time to ensure I was fully informed and even drew me a diagram of the work to be completed. No pressure at all. A very sweet young man, thorough and so reassuring! I really appreciated his approach. In addition, the entire crew at Apollo (office staff, plumbers and techs) are professional, efficient and yet patient when dealing with people like me, who have no plumbing experience. Thank you!!

  Really unfortunate that they refuse to even give ballpark estimates for a very small job (replacing putty) around a drain. They force in person estimates in the hope that you will just hire them then as even though someone else may be less, the work of having another company come out and being home during the work day leaves most paying for more. These types of practices are always for the benefit of the company and never the customer. It also adds costs to other costumers too as if they don't get the job, the employees time for the drive and in person estimate has to be absorbed into other jobs, resulting in higher costs for everyone.

  My hot water tank burst at 6am I called Apollo spoke to a lady called Mindy super friendly and helpful everyone else has AI bots talking to me this was a human don’t ever change this it made me choose your business. They sent out Chris S such a great friendly guy! Replaced my tank and hauled away my old one very quickly! The speed of his arrival was perfect! They were very honest and upfront with pricing where the other companies I called were like a pack of wolfs! Highly recommend this business and if you get Chris S he is awesome!!! Thank you for saving the day! I have hot water again!!!

  Quite disappointed with the pricing. They charge $1800.00 for the same piece of hardware I got from Amazon for $89.00. Gave me a long song and dance about their "warranty" -- which is only for the device, nothing for their workmanship. Essentially, if you don't buy their hardware, ridiculously overpriced as it is, they can do a terrible job of the installation and blame it on "the hardware." Boiled down to "give us an extra $2000.00 for the privilege of giving you hardware or we will make sure you regret it by doing a terrible job of installation." AVOID.
