Hi my name is Ron I called Apollo Plumbing for an estimate on a possible water line replacement. Sheldon H was sent out to give me an estimate. Before anything he said that he needed to do an inspection to check everything out to see what was what. I was glad he did I've been quoted by another Plumbing outfit a quote of over $8,000 for a water line replacement. Sheldon during his inspection found that I had a bursted water pipe under the house. Thanks to his due diligence I ended up only replacing some water line underneath the house and saving some money at this time. The question is is why the other plumbing outfit had not wanted to check out underneath the house. So I would highly recommend Apollo Plumbing for your next job. As advertised they are up front caring and seem to understand where you're coming from they know that you have to put out money so they do their best to make it you know where your money is spent. Again I want to Apollo Plumbing and the staff from the phone call to the service tech thank you. Like everything it did cost a little money but the service was there. If I have any other needs in plumbing they will be the the first ones I call Sincerely Ronald MC. Tulalip WA.

Tried to charge me 5000 dollars for two washer valves and a leaking o ring. Claimed to need to cut into my wall to do this. And said that the repair on the wall isn't on them. Found another company that did it all for 700. And didn't need to cut into anything. I would avoid unless you want to pay an arm and leg.

Geoff, came out today and tried to unclog my mainline. After scoping the pipe he couldn’t get the auger through the clog due to a possible collapse of my concrete pipe. He did give me a quote for repair and was very professional. Today cost me nothing, and I was given many options for repair I will have to think this over. Thanks Geoff!

Kallista with Apollo Plumbing was so kind, friendly and helpful. She did her job quickly and efficiently but also took the time to acknowledge my pets, chat with us about family and really just make us feel assured she could help fix our plumbing issue. This was the best experience I could have hoped for. From broken to fixed in under a couple hours!

Apollo has been great to work with! Very clear understanding of the financial components going into the project. Carlos is a very friendly technician with great attitude and willingness to ensure our plumbing issue was resolved and done well. He educated us about our issue and provided clear next steps and solutions that we could understand. We had lots of questions and scenarios and he was patient in answering and walked us through all our options. We never felt pressured to choose a certain path. Would highly recommend!
