The Apollo team is incredibly polite, courteous, and pleasant to interact with. That's where the positives end.
I was quoted $4,800 for a small leak repair under a bathroom sink, plus a "necessary" pressure regulator install because they claimed my water pressure was 125 psi. That's over $2,000 an hour for plumbing work. I also paid a $99 fee just to receive the quote, which I'm strongly considering disputing with my credit card company.
The outrageous quote pushed me to call a local plumber instead. Shoutout to Alpine Plumbing in Stanwood, who were fantastic. They had the job done in two hours, for $500 in labor and $320 in parts. They also checked my water pressure and measured it at 77 psi, not 125. We still installed the regulator as my pipes are old, but it was nowhere near the emergency Apollo made it out to be.
Bottom line: Apollo Plumbing appears to inflate readings and quotes to pressure customers into unnecessary, overpriced work. I will never recommend them, and I'll be sharing this experience anytime plumbing comes up in conversation.
I've heard many commercials for Apollo Plumbing and I'm so glad I had the chance to try them! They definitely lived up to their reputation!
They were very good about communication and apologetic when they weren't able to come out yesterday (Saturday), but they scheduled an appointment for today (Sunday) which was perfect.
Kallista came out and did an amazing job, making sure that everything was okay. She unclogged the two sinks in my master bathroom and scheduled to have a new toilet installed in my guest bathroom.
They were great and I'm looking foreword to using them more often.

The shower in our main bath had a handle on the control valve that was getting very difficult to turn on and off. My husband suspected the cartridge but we could not access the cartridge due to the set screw on the handle being stripped, so the handle could not be removed.
We called a few other plumbers but no one was as easy to work with as Apollo. They had a plumber out within four hours of us calling them and the plumber they sent was just the best. Devin, the plumber, was courteous, very friendly, loved our dog, explained everything in detail and was able to fix the problem with a minimum of cost. We found the price to be very reasonable, and the way the shower operates now is better than when it was new!
We highly recommend Apollo, and if they send you Devin, it is definitely a win-win situation!
Absolutely will not use this company strictly based off of their radio commercials, alone. Sometimes the commercials are entertaining, but the last one is utterly sleazy. “Can you make it hot for me, Dan?“ (and more comments of “that nature” while Dan can be heard acting surprised🙄) is absolutely uncalled for and sets a definite tone to the company, Apollo Plumbing. In addition, having kids hear that on the radio with the “tone” in the woman’s voice. Have you no sense????? For those who may read this, and who do not know, often times when a contractor is called to a home, they can be flirted with (and sometimes “propositioned”) by the homeowner or home representative… so, at minimum, this comment is way out of line because it’s too real for a lot of contractors. And, completely inappropriate for Radio!
Also, If anyone has been listening to the commercials for any length of time, you can tell that they’ve got a different pricing structure, which they lie about in subsequent commercials. The “no additional pricing if you’re on our A list” is an absolute misnomer because you know it refers to some kind of a continuous and preferential pricing club. So, I know that other companies do something similar, but it’s a terrible way to act when there are people that need services. They can’t get it because other people are willing to get better/quicker service because they have money.

The call center lady was nice and professional, made an appointment on the same day. Nolan came to my residence towards the end of the day. In order for him to inspect the leak he says he needed access and open up the drywall downstairs in the ceiling which he did for about $400. It is a hole size 12x6 inches. He says he sees the leak coming from the drainage so he retightned the drainage floor and called it for another $400. All in all I paid $780 for him to come out on the first day.
We tried using the shower the next day, it leaked so much more and definitely worse than ever before. We called back right away waited another 2 days for him to show up just to hear that he needs another $780 switch out the tub spout which may or may not fix the issue. Or would go ahead and break the tiled walls to determine the issue and fix the problem permanently which would cost me lot more. Given the 2 options that were presented to me, it made me skeptical immediately. I understand it is a business that they are running but upselling was its finest. All it was failed o-ring in my bathtub spout that shot back the water into the wall. I fixed it myself. It didn't even need ceiling wall opening and all the other fuss.
I thought I was supporting a local business but turns out this place wants to print money and prey on people's emotions and lack of experience. There was no genuine attempt made to diagnose the issue. It was all about how much money I could get out of a small job. I m not sure how come this place has this decent of a Google and yelp reviews. I would not trust these guys. BEWARE!!! SAVE YOURSELVES MONEY AND ENERGY.
I will also post it on Yelp so that people see this.
